I know for sure I'll be getting Batman, Detective, and Streets of Gotham. Still not sure about Batman & Robin, but may get it in trades. Here's my guesses on who will be who. Batman- Dick Robin- Damian Red Robin- Jason Tim fans may not want to hear this, but he might die.
Hey Matt, any possibility that the Batman cover could become the new LoG board banner? ;D It is a new era after all.

i'd say Dick would be Red Robin. it makes more sense, especially with the search for Bruce and whatnot. thats just not a Jason Todd m.o. plus, Dick is supposed to be Red Robin. so far almost half of what's occured in Kingdom Come has come to pass, so it does make sense. unfortunately, i see Tim becoming Batman. especially when you see the new Batmobile in full. its got Redbird written all over it.
regardless, i'd say Tim is one and Dick is the other. and a Tim and Damian team fits better than Dick and Damian in my eyes.

But if you look at the end of RIP, Le Bossu says that Batman and Robin were both dead, now why would he say that unless something happens to Tim? Dick and Damian would make sense as a team because Dick is training Bruce's son just as Bruce trained him. Plus, since Morrison likes to bring in stuff from the Golden/Silver age, this could be reference to the possible future comics that had Dick as Batman II and Bruce and Kathy Kane's son as Robin, but different you know. I will admit, the Red Robin preview sounds more like Dick, but Dick seems the more ideal choice to be Batman. Maybe Jason will straighten up and become Red Robin after BFTC. I will say though that if it does turn out that Tim will be Batman, remember when RIP first started that I called it! But I still have a feeling it will be Dick. But if Dick is Red Robin and Tim is Batman, where would that leave Jason? Dead again? Hope not, then his return would be for nothing.

i see Jason being as he is now and before R.I.P. DC's answer to The Punisher. a vigilante that kills. i cant see that changing. and you are right in that Dick may well be Batman, and if thats the case, i see Tim as Red Robin then, but the way DC is doing things and how it keeps getting crammed down our throats that everything is connected and this has all been planned out for years, i think that Titans Tomorrow was deliberate, and Tim was Batman in that future.
also, yes Le Bossu did say that, but he was wrong about Batman being dead, so he easily could be wrong about the Robin part too. it also could be a metaphoric thing. i mean in truth, Batman & Robin as we know them are dead right now. there is no Batman and Robin. the team itself is gone.

I too think Tim will be Red Robin. My best guess for who will be Batman and Robin are two completely new characters.

Because, at least in my opinion, it's hard to see Dick, Jason, Tim, Hush, or any other existing character as Batman. A new face might be just what Gotham City needs.

Something I just thought about, do you guys think there's a chance Batman could top the charts in June? I think Batman & Robin has the best chance considering it's been given alot of attention. I'd be really happy about this, and it would be cool if the Dynamic Duo put Marvel in their place.

^ i doubt it. Morrison and Quitely couldnt do it with X-Men, and that was when Quitely was a much better artist before he changed his style. we'll see though.

A book focusing on both Batman and Robin working as a team is something fans have wanted for awhile, and this could bring in new readers as well. Besides, this is apparantley supposed to be the big title of the new era.

I'm not a fan of Winick. I really liked his Marvel stuff, but the move to DC just didn't work in my opinion. I haven't liked anything he's written since the first two issues of "Under the Hood."
Basically I'll give Batman and Robin a try, as well as Red Robin (depending on who's under that mask). Detective looks promising, but DC's handling of Batwoman has been less than inspiring.

Batman just isn't Batman if there is someone other than old B.W. wearing the cowl. Bruce Wayne will return, but how long do I gotta wait, and who do I have to put up with as substitute!?

Based on the new preview, I'm thinking Tim will actually be Red Robin. This just leaves the question to what happens to Jason post-BFTC. I'm gonna love Bagley on Batman. He's my favorite Spidey artist. Geez, when is Batgirl's title starting? I'm guessing August since the Oracle mini will be over by the next solicits and if the rumors are true, you-know-who will be Batgirl again.

I thought that's what you meant. You're right, she really needs rehab and retraining before going out as Batgirl again. If you ask me though, she should remain as Oracle.
