^ thats actually a big typo in Previews. i know you just copy/pasted but i figured i'd point it out to everyone. i'm sure DC will catch it before putting it up officially on their site, but its Batman 80-Page Giant # 4, not # 1. # 1 came out over 10 years ago. this is the 4th one and i'm glad its back.

Just edited it. Thanks for pointing that out. I knew there were past ones, I just figured since it hasn't been done inawhile, DC was restarting it.

^ that could turn out to be the case, but remember that they keep the same numbering for the annuals and they dont come out annually anymore so i'm sure it was just a typo in the catalog.
i'm actually excited about this as i love the other 3 and with Veil being mentioned specifically in the preview this could mean we will actually get more on the character, like maybe a feature story.

Veil narrated the 2 Gotham Gazette one-shots & has a connection with Gotham City itself.

sweet. Does anyone know why they don't do the Anuals anualy anymore? And does anyone know how/if it will fit in to the DC universe timeline? I know most of the Anuals are part of the "Year One" series, but I have never read one of these.

I don't think they print too many of them.
