[shadow=red,left,300]You know, I just watched a few episodes of the tv series Jack and Bobby the other day with Logan Lermen. His acting abilities really surprised me. I am now fully convinced he could play Spider-man. Especially over these five choices...! [/shadow]

Hopefully it turns out like the Captain America casting and someone else comes out of nowhere and nabs the role! Becouse I can't stand these choices!

[shadow=red,left,300]Nicely put Twisted!
The more I hear about this movie, the more I think it will suck! Bell is a good actor, but he is a pathetic choice for Spider-man.[/shadow]

I can't say I surprised. After all, he was the best actor of the bunch. But I am still unsure about his age....

[shadow=red,left,300]I know I am very late on commenting on this, but I was on Vacation. So with that being said. I think he's a great choice. Hopefully they change the setting from High School to College. Not only to accommodate the actor's age, but because of the "Twilight" hype, I am sick of sappy High School Drama! Also, Now that Spider-Man has been found. The rumor mill is going crazy with candidates for Harry Osborne. Here is an article that states that Anton Yelchin might play Harry.[/shadow] www.digitalspy.com/movies/news/a241140/yelchin-rumoured-for-spider-man-role.html[shadow=red,left,300]While MJ potential; Elena Staine tweeted that Alden Ehrenreich will probably get the role of Harry. This is obviously just a hunch, but I can see this turning out to be true since Ehrenreich was a runner up for Spider-Man.[/shadow] twitter.com/ElleSatine[shadow=red,left,300]So All-star, Twisted, Doppel and whoever else wants to comment, Who do you think should play Harry to Garfield's Spider-Man?[/shadow]

It looks like I am the minority. I still think that the role should have gone to ether Logan Lerman or Aaron Johnson. This guy might be fine for the role...but I still think he is the wrong choice. Anyone else agree? BTW: I would take Yelchin over some unknown for Harry Osborne any day.

I'm a little half and half on Andrew Garfield being Spider-Man. At first I was really disappointed because I didn't even think he had a chance compared to the others. But I've heard all these good things about him, so I think I'll just wait and see.
As for Harry, I don't really have an opinion on who should play him. I'm more interested in who will be playing MJ or Gwen or whoever the villain is.

Sorry Jack, I agree with All-Star. I could care less about who plays Harry. As long as he can act, has a solid buddy and buddy chemistry with Garfield and he kinda looks like his comic book counter part I'll be happy. I am far more excited to see who is going play MJ, Gwen, Aunt May and the villain(s).
FYI: If you guys are unsure about Garfield, why don't you guys watch one of his movies? May I recommend Boy A? Trust me, It's an amazing movie! Here is a link to the trailer, if you want to check it out. www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHoj0uagkBg

OK, so yesterday I was at Best Buy and I bought a copy of Boy A. And I must admit, I am feeling a little bit more comfortable with Andrew Garfield playing Spider-Man. You guys where right, he is a much better actor then Logan Lerman or Aaron Johnson.

I must admit, these are not that bad of choices.
Imogen Poots: I wouldn't mind her for Gwen, she has that that cute girl next door vibe, but I just can't take her name seriously. Yes, I am that vain.
Teresa Palmer: She's definitely a beauty, but she also looks like the kinda girl that fall for someone like Peter. Plus her and Andrew would make a very cute couple.
Emma Roberts: She's actually a pretty good actress, I wouldn't mind this choice at all.
Lilly Collins: Phill Collin's daughter? Well, she was great in the Blind Side, again I wouldn't mind this choice ether.
Ophelia Lovibond: Another odd name that made me take a double take. I don't know who she is, but she looks very stunning in the photos I seen. I would have to see her act to be sure.
All in all, these are very strong choices. Even though my top choices for Gwen Stacy are still Carey Mulligan, Jennifer Lawrence (too bad she's in X-men: First Class already), and Dianna Argon.

These are all pretty good choices for Gwen, Teresa Palmer and Ophelia Lovibond are the hottest in my opinion.
