Sweet! I was wondering if they would. Okay, my picks for the first wave: Batman, Joker, Harley Quinn, Scarecrow, Killer Croc. Maybe Bane, Zsasz, Gordon, Ivy, and the armored Batman for wave 2.

yeah, the cape color is a big mistake. i'll only get the Harley from this series. i just dont like the look of that Batman with the eyes and the gauntlets and shin guards. horror movie Scarecrow just doesnt look right to me and the Scarface is too jokish. that Joker looks good and i may eventually get it, but i'll probaly wait a bit. that Harley is definite buy from me though.

You know Scarface comes with Joker right? i know. i was just stating that i dont really dig the look of the figure. and without The Ventriloquist it really wont look right on display. The Joker looks good, but there are so many good Joker figs that this one isnt a must buy for me. Scarface being packed in isnt a bonus to me. if i do get Joker i'll probaly sell the Scarface. i'm very happy with my BATS Scarface. this isnt better than that one.

They did a great job translating these from the game to plastic. Harley is especially well done. However; Batman is the only one I wouldve had any inclination of buying had they not gone with such a crazy off model paint sheme. Why?

i cant wait for Zsasz. too bad it isnt comic based, but i'll take any fig we get of him. i'll be getting that Bane as well. and now that we see the armored Batman, i dont think the different colored cape was a mistake in the series 1 fig as this one has the same exact problem.

Can't wait for both of these sets to come out.I wonder if they will make a Gordon and Killer Croc also? Really like the look of the Armored Batman and Joker.

the problem with Croc is that he's so gigantic in the game that it would be tough to make that into a figure. an exclusive is the only way we'll get him, unless he returns in the second game and they find a cost-effective way to produce such a large figure or he appears much smaller in that game. and thats if they even make a series based on the sequel (i hope they do though).

Now that I think about it you're right. It's kind of hard to tell when you don't have them side by side. You know what would've been cool is if DCD had Croc be a Build-A-Figure in the series.

You know what would've been cool is if DCD had Croc be a Build-A-Figure in the series. that would have been awesome. its a shame DCD doesnt do build-a-figs. they easily could, especially with the limited articulation, it could be like Hot Toys snap-kit figures. and its not like they havent made giant figs before either (Mongul). they could have made Croc in one series or made him a stand-alone like the repainted Sinestro Corps Mongul is. its a good thing DC Direct is making such awesome figs, because the new standard of 4 per wave and the new $20 starting price instead of $15 isnt cool. i wish it was 5 and they made Croc in one series and Clayface (based on concept art and how they wanted him to look when he wasnt shape shifted had he been a boss) in the other. i'm very happy with the way these figs look. the more i see them, the more i like. and knowing that these are being made is good news for the figs based on the sequel. Two-Face & Mr. Freeze in this style should look great.

Besides Two-Face and Freeze, Talia is also going to be in the game.
