After TRDoubles heads up about the 6" 2-packs being 75% off and the 3 in 1 Batjet being $4 at Target my wife picked me up the 3 in 1 Batjet yesterday. I love the Target reset clearances. PJ

Couldnt resist buying the four pack today. Mr. Freeze is really cool and the repainted power disk Batman is a tremendous improvement! Too bad they didnt re-do the anti-freeze Bats though, say more "show accurate"? All the same, a nice buy.
MARNDT: FYI, I have the tripple mission batmobile and it rocks! Especially for actual "playability". Like the Batwave batmobile and unlike the standard batmobile and reg vehicles, I can deffinately see the kids having hours of fun with this one. But for display purposes (as is the case w/ me) the purchase cost may outweigh its shelf worth? The "motorize" function is "cute" but not spectacular and not really Nec. The magnetic reconfiguration aspect is the selling point and fun part.

The Freeze four-pack has made it to the Plano, TX TRU. As much as I wanted to add Freeze to the shelf, I couldn't justify $20 for him, a second Joker and two useless Bat repaints, knowing that I have a single Freeze on order via my comic shop. (Not to mention a not-quite-but-close-enough snow-Bats repaint to be released as a single later.)
So it's there if you're after it.

I'm going to avoid the 4 pack for my personal collection for the very reasons you mentioned. My 2nd youngest son might get it for his birthday though.... ;D He's always looking at my Joker and asking to play with it and having Freeze to go along with it would make it a pretty good gift for him.

This is just the kind of marketing approach that boils me. On the one hand, kids will want the figures because they DON"T KNOW that the single packs of Freeze are scheduled, so they will beg for the 4-pack, with the useless (to collectors) re-paints already mentioned. As for we collectors, who know that the single pack Freeze will come out...well, we are weak. Many of us will break down and buy the 4-pack, because we don't want to wait for the single packs - in fact, Mattel has effectively set up this 4-pack release for maximum impact by not releasing any new "The Batman" figures since, what, March? The Penguin/Firefly wave? This was after previous announcements that the single-pack Freeze wave would hit in August, which obviously did not happen. Now there is such a demand among collectors for new "The Batman" figures that the 4-pack gets a response that is totally undeserved.

I saw the Batman 4-pack with Mr Freeze at the Mira Mesa (San Diego) TRU tonight. I resisted buying it for the same reasons others have listed.
Are there any comic book stores online that will let you buy the Mr Freeze and Riddler individually without having to buy the whole case? Thanks!

I really like the TM Batmobile. It has neat features, a creative concept, and it just looks cool. Is it the best ever....no, but I am really enjoying it.

I picked the Freeze 4-pack up on Friday night at the Middletown NY TRU. I like the Freeze and thePower Disc Batman repaint. I still hate that the Anti-Freeze batman has the snow shoes on him. He'd be a much better figure if they just gave him normal Batman boots. PJ

To: Anybody that was drooling over the The Batman Mini Busts (like I was).
I just found them on ebay. The whole display card (with all the busts attached) is just $7.99 as a "Buy it Now" plus $4.85 S/H. Just do a search for Batman Display and there are 6 or so more available. ...Lucky.

Just picked up Freeze, fashion-failure Joker and anti-Freeze bats at Target in Frisco, TX. Also seen at Target in Allen, TX.
I'm ticked that Anti-Freeze Bats does not come with his faceplate. Grrrr.
