Watched the 10 min Smallville special just some minutes ago... WOW! What really got to me was the way he nailed the Bruce Wayne character! The scene inside the Tumbler with Morgan Freeman was fantastic.. Bale looks so cool but at the same time he really behaves like he's obsessed.. just look at his face and the way he handles the tumbler, like a "controlled madman". Brilliant! It took some viewings for me to adjust to Batman's voice, I didn't expect that.. I hope he uses that silent and very menacing voice from the end of one of the trailers a few times too. I hope there will be plenty of dark atmosphere, and I guess that the scenes in Arkham and with the Scarecrow will provide that big time. A great sneak peek! Don't know how I will be able to wait until july 15th to see the full movie...

I have this on DVD from the TV feed as well as the High Def Divx version that comes back a bit pixel laden on my Hi Def TV that I could also burn onto a DVD.
If anyone missed this and they need a copy, I'd be happy to make one for the cost of the disc and shipping. I figure that'd be about $2.00 for anyone living in the US.
I am not at all interested in making a profit. I just want to make sure that the Batfans have their fill.
I can't imagine that Warner Bros would have a problem with this since I am essentially doing nothing other than marketing their film.
Feel free to PM me or Email me.

The new Batman film looks cool. Bale seems well-cast and I think he's a really good actor. The one thing I'm a bit disappointed about is the apparent lack of atmosphere in the film. I feel Gotham should be just slightly removed from the real world to give it a spookier quality. That's one of the reasons I loved Burton's movies and BTAS so much. Those incarnations seemed to mirror the "real world" through a dark and distorted lens. The new movie seems to lack that kind of semi-gothic, retro atmosphere. Still, the plot seems good and I'm so glad they got away from the day-glo Schumacher stuff. It'll also make Batman and company seem much more realistic, which I think is part of the goal here. That's fine, but I hope they don't completely sacrifice the atmospheric darkness in favor of stark realism. Don't get me wrong though, I'm really looking forward to the movie. Scarecrow looks creepy. Gary Oldman is awesome, and it looks like he'll be a great Commish. Agreed. I didn't fully like the look of the city. As I didn't see the preview on tv, I had to download the clip from the link someone posted here. So, thanks for sharing the link. The other thing that I didn't like was the Batman. I don't like the suit. I never did. But I thought that when I saw it in action I would change my mind. I didn't. I wasn't that keen on the voice either. But overall, it was "ok". I'll wait till I see the whole thing. Cheers!

I was finaslly able to see it on the Space channel here in Canada. I loved it! I really liked Bale's voice as Batman, it was so different from his regular voice and seemed like a totally different person behind the mask. The scenes with Ducard were great. I also really enjoyed the part with Batman pounding on the thug in the background behind Katie Holmes. One little nitpick though, it looked like Bale didn't have full range of movement when throwing that explosive to blow the cell door right before saying "excuse me" to the inmates. It was kinda hard to tell if he was restricted in his shoulder movement, or he just throws like a girl. Even so, I loved it and June 15th can't get here soon enough!

I really liked it. The very beginning was awesome and I hope the film starts like that leading into the bats forming the bat insignia.
Love that shot of Batman, like a statue, standing over the city.
The very first scene was really good. Very touching and really makes you feel for the character from the beginning, which is essential in this. Great Alfred-Bruce interaction; it's amazing what talent they've got here. I wasn't so sure about Michael Caine playing Alfred, I mean he's a great actor but he wasn't exactly Alfred material in my mind. But he's done one fine job ("So do I, Master Bruce....So do I.") and Gus Lewis is fantastic. I get chills every time I watch it and hear him say "It was my fault, Alfred."
Ducard-Bruce scenes are awesome. I'm gonna love the training sequences. The "It was your father's [fault]" was interesting and I look forward to seeing Ducard explain why he said that to Bruce.
More great Bruce-Alfred interaction afterwards. It was perfect. Although I thought that the dialogue was a bit overdone. Something more concise would've been better, in my opinion. I.E. BRUCE: People need dramatic examples to shake them out of apathy and I can't do that as Bruce Wayne. As a man, I can be ignored...but as a symbol...I can be everlasting. ALFRED: What symbol?
Bruce in the cave...Wow. That's going to be one powerful scene in context and I love it already out of context.
It's amazing how much credibility this film gets when the Average Joe finds out that Morgan Freeman's in it. He gives Lucius everything he's got and I really liked the chemistry between him and Bale.
Loved the scenes where Bruce basically prepares everything for his war on crime. The music is going to rock.
Didn't care much for the scene where Rachel gets attacked. The part where she smacks the thug seemed...I don't know, kinda staged. Maybe it's just me. I also didn't care for the line "That's right, you better run!" (no criticism toward Katie, though. There's no better way she could've delivered that). And oh man...Bale's Batman voice ROX.
I liked the action sequence. Best part, of course was "I'll get my car."- "I brought mine!"- "Yours?" And then seeing what the Tumbler could do after that was cool.
I liked the last montage of cuts, basically from the trailers, except for a couple and the "I will go back to Gotham and I will fight" (very cool, although a bit awkward out of context).

My favorite psrt of the whole thing was finally getting to see a kick-@$$ Wayne. All of the other actors who portrayed Bruce didn't even have muscles....

I hope there arn't any spoilers in the 10 preview. [shadow=green,left,300]There's really only one big spoiler that you won't want to know, and they definately won't be revealing that in any trailers! [/shadow] Is the spoiler in the Batman Begins Movie That Bruce Wayne is actually Batman? Just Kidding...

I did love the trailer and have full confidence in this movie but for one reason half of me doubts....
If they cant make a 21st century batman movie thats better than one in the 80's I have no faith in humanity
not saying i didnt like the original
bale brings new light to batman, i love freeman, but caine plays well but doesnt look like alfred. when showing my cousins my twin bro and my dad this trailer they all asked "who's that" i was like alfred duh
