I am a new member and I would like to say after seeing this movie I was laughing out of my chair.I am not trying to bash but it was rediculous.Robin's red nightwing costume look cool except for the mask.Nobody can hide an identity with that mask.He did'nt even try to change his voice.and he was like 20 something years old and is the boy wonder.Same with batgirl.Bane looked very creepy and I do not even wan't to get started with the batman nipples.not a very good movie at all.

a very stupid part of B & R is near the end when Batgirl makes an appearance, and Batman says something like "who are you?", then she replies "Its me, Barbara".
how could you not tell is was her? she only has a small mask covering her eyes up, the rest of her face is easily recognisable.

It is confession time! I actually watch B+R more than any other Batman film. It is my little girl's favourite Batman film! She likes BF and Batman 66 too but B+R is her absolute favourite and she watches it nearly once a week. It has inspired her to draw her first Batman pictures so it is not all bad I think that it goes to show though that the films really did get reduced to kids movies. I love all of the movies but B+R is hard to respect.

The same is true though of Robin in that movie. In comics it's even worse - GL (golden, silver and modern), Robin (1,2 & 3), Nightwing, GA (1 & 2), Speedy (1 & 2), etc, etc. Heck, the only difference between Superman and Clark Kent is a pair of glasses. Do you really think that people wouldn't recognize him? It all comes down to a suspension of belief. If you're going to be upset that she's just wearing a domino mask, you probably shouldn't be watching Batman (or other superhero) movies in the first place.

Don't worry about TJK,my kids watch that one the most too. It's bright and flashy and busy which holds kids interest.Although i am impressed because they both love Begins and keep going on and on about seeing it again and again. So there is hope!

Alicia Silverstone's line about the Ivy "giving women a bad name" almost made me puke.
Some parts of it are bareable, but most of it is just bad. And Bane dressed up as a purple monkey-shame.

You know what someone should do? Someone has to make a new Batman movie that tells a better version of the Robin origin, with the title: BATMAN & ROBIN. If they make this movie like Begins or All Star, the phrase "BATMAN & ROBIN" may be bearable again.
Keep Batman a Dark Knight and make Robin a little kid instead of 20 year old, and we got a damn good movie.

If not, then people would go back to some of the classic myths. You know the ones I am talking about.
