actually i think the nipples on the Bat suit in B & R were the worst. it was so stupid. Yeah...If you think about it, Batman's supposed to strike fear into his enemies; do you think that any thug would truly cower in terror because of a guy who made the concious decision to include nipples on his protective armor?

Batman Forever: Val Kilmer's lisp; "Tell me, doctor...Do you like the sth-ir-cuss? (If you listen hard enough you can hear it)" The over-the-top score...The close-ups on the heroes crotches when they suit up... omg that bugged the heck outta me "Tell me docter, do you like the thurkith"

If he did, they were either A.) ones based off of the 60's television series, or, B.) 50's ones; that's the only explanation I could think of...Also, for a hilarious "easter egg", if you happen to own a copy of the TNAB episode "Legends of the Dark Knight", right before the Dark Knight Returns segment, the three kids meet up with their friend "Joel", who has long hair, and works at "Shoeman's Fashions"; he also talks of Batman's muscles will clutching a garment...Shoeman's= Schumacher, which is German... ;D Hi-larious... yup I remember that "Joel" was a nice little insert

you know what else bugged me? in b89 when the bell in the gotham city cathedral (sp?) falls, gordon tries to push it out of the entrance to the stairwell, and while he's doing this, the officers that are with him just stand there! no, don't help and old man push a 500 lb bell. let him get a hernia!
oh, and about that tnab "easter egg", doesn't "joel" say that batman's tight rubber armor is "fabulous" lol.

On Val Kilmer's lisp. I think my favorite line has to be...
"Thtickly Thuithide it doesn't make thence"
Right after he talked to Gordon about Stickley killing himself.

My worst moments are not really moments but -
I dont like it how we never see Catwoman again in Batman Forever - And i wish Burton had continued his version!
The use of Poison Ivy, Bane, Mr Freeze and Two Face were wasted! {Riddler i do quite like but not totally!}
And again after Batman Returns absolutley NO continuation - One line in Batman Forever bout Catwoman - none in Batman and Robin bout what happend to Chase etc.
It really annoys me when Movies dont Continue what has been started previously!

I'm actually fairly-glad that Burton didn't continue with his versions...After seeing how he viewed the Penguin, I just didn't have the stomach for what he would've done with Two-Face, though, I have been interested in what he would've done with the Riddler; he does have something that not many directors have, and that is his own unique visual style seen in movies like The Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride (which, to me, feels more like a belated sequel to ^), not to mention the character sketches for Batman Returns...

The one villain that I would've loved to have seen Burton do would be the Scarecrow. Scarecrow and clowns make appearances all over Burton's films- it's one of his film traits. Other than visually, I think Scarecrow is perfect for Burton because the guy, in the comics, is a lonely outcast- a common Burton main character. I can also see Burton have fun bringing out the hallucinations and such.

The mis-cast of the Commish, Pat Hingle. The Penguin's origin was wierd. Batman Forever, Val Kilmer (He's not Dark Knight material!). There's nothing anyone can say that's worse then B&R. Watching that is cruel and unusual punishment.

The worst movie moments for me? Walking into the movie theater for Batman Forever and then (stupidly) doing it again for Batman and Robin. I could feel the wrongness when I saw the previews but noooooo aurora just had to spend $7 at two movies she knew she was going to walk out of angry (obviously I should probably deal with these issues before they become a problem, lol).

What I didn't like about BATMAN & ROBIN was that it was a different Batgirl. Instead of being Gordan's daughter, she was Alfred's niece. Did Schumacher even read the comics before he made this movie? I absolutely hate Batman and Robin. This is one of the few issues that I am going to defend on this movie. Gordan was not a big character in any of the previous movies. Having Batgirl be the daughter of a side character would not have been good to any newbies that had only seen the movies. And it did fit in with Alfred's story to have family there for his death. I can see little glimmers of a decent story in Batman and Robin. But with a horrible movie, who cares?

have you guys read about the 'De-Assified' version of B&R on Jetts site? a fan cut out most of the stupid crap that was in it, and Jett thinks this version is faaaar more watchable and less stupid that the original Schumacher version. read it here: www.batman-on-film.com/review_jett_deassified.html

Since I'm a hardcore fan, I'm gonna do all the Movies, even the Adam West Movie The Batman Movie(Adam West): I give this movie props for being the first to bring Batman into the Silver Screen Arena. But the part with the shark trying to kill Batman, then how they deduced all the criminals involved(huh?) then the whole "Poor Dolphin thing" )O.o Batman(Michael Keaton): I don't know if anyone notived this or not... but the balloons are filled with continuity errors. And the kinda crappy animation at the start, I refuse to acknowledge Alfred bringing Vicky down as a mistake, but apparently Tim Burton did as he referenced it in Returns. Batman Returns(Michael Keaton): Penguins storyline, and the origin of Catwoman, nothing like the comics. And Batman and Catwomans fight over the Princess. Batman Forever(Val Kilmer): Male Nipples!!! XP... Riddlers Tights(Jim Carrey needs to work out or something... Every Butt Shot other then Nicole Kidmans... Batman & Robin(George Clooney): This films reeks of Bad Casting, from George Clooney to Poison Ivy... And to make matters worse its nothing more then a reshoot of Batman Forever, just with more color and more camp then the old Show... If Joel Schmuck dies it would give justice to the two failures known as Batman Forever and Batman & Robin...

Begins This is my biggest one, there was no Scarecrow/Batman final showdown. I understand that Scarecrow wasn't supposed to be the "main" villain, but that would have been great to see the fire breathing horse in a real fight. Scarecrow could have pulled out a scythe and started attacking. Batman's arm bands would have come in very handy for that fight.
Fights were a little to confusing for my liking. The opening one where Bruce is fighting all of the other prisoners, I couldn't see anything in that one.

but if Batman and Scarecrow had fought again, there would not have been a fire-breathing horse, because Batman had been inoculated with the antidote, so would have just seen Crane on a horse.
we see the fire-breathing horse from the little kids point of view, because he is under the effect of the toxin. it was only his hallucination.
and the fights, Nolan wanted them to be from the point of view of the onlookers or villains, so Batman just appears as a fighting ball of rage, not someone who we can see every move he makes.
while i don't really like it either, i can see his point and understand why he wanted to do it that way. it works well on dvd, as you can pause and watch in slow-mo and check out whats happening.

Yeah, I knew why they did the fights the way they did, I just have a different taste. Is mine better? No, it is just different.
I don't care if it was a hallucination, Batman fighting a fire breathing horse would have been awesome. Maybe Firefly used to own a horse, he put pyrotechnichs at his nostrils and set it loose on Gotham. Scarecrow uses a gas that makes it so the horse has no fear (in my world Scarecrow has both toxins like he did B:TAS) then rides to the havoc that was Gotham. It couldn't have worked shearly for the amount of time it would have taken, but I can dream.

Not sure if this was before, but you know what I didn't get? In Batman & Robin, when Robin crashed through the museum door, how did he make a hole that looked like the bird? That confused me when I was younger.

I kind of wrote a song about the things that made Batman & Robin sucked. It's in the style of that one song that goes 'We didn't start the fire' and it was used at the end of a Simpsons' clip show. Here it goes:
Batman's nipples Freeze's puns Bane's IQ Publicly known Dynamic Duo Bat Credit Card Robin Singnal Wrong Batgirl Robin's suit is like Nightwing's Reuse of the Batski WHAT ELSE DO I HAVE TO SAY? Batman & Robin sucked! It's the worse comic movie that was ever made. But there are some that are worse, like Elektra and the Fantastic Four. Batman Begins fixed everything, have no fear, the Joker is next.
Kind of corny, but it came to mind.

That confused me when I was younger. ^That^ I never understood either. It honestly makes me shudder to think of what was going in ppl s heads at that time. Bat credit card!?! I almost forgot about that! I think that that's worse the the butt shots and nipples b/c those are slightly ( I only said slightly) understandable. But I mean really? A credit card!? A CREDIT CARD!?!? What the f#@k where they thinking!!!! Actually, I liked the thought of Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy but I think that the script for B & R was just too... well you know. I think it was a waste of talent. I'd actually like to see her do Poison Ivy again this time in a good movie.

This isn't movie related, but I'd just thought I'd share. The other day I was going through some of my old winter hats and gloves, and I found a hat a pair of glove that had Batsingnals on them. But on the tag of the hat, there was the dark mark:
