Unlike "lando" I think Denzel would be good as Harvey/Two-Face. He's got the handsome features as well as the ability to shift from nice guy to bad guy (Man on Fire, his villainous role in Training Day). He, however, is too old (unless they want a 40-50 year old Dent) and there are other actors who look closer to Harvey Dent that could play the role just as good if not better than he can. The closest I've heard regarding Denzel's involvement (or complete lack of) was when Lee Bermejo did drawings for BOF for what he thought Joker and Two-Face should look like in the sequel. He based Two-Face off of Denzel Washington since that is his choice for Two-Face. If they ended up having an African American Two-Face in the previous series, I think he would've been cool with Bermejo's design. (Joker's design, however, is horrid, IMO). Scroll down and find the Villain Images. www.batman-on-film.com/leebermejointerview.htmlTo my knowledge, Liev Schreiber and, just today, Josh Lucas are rumored to be in the running for Harvey Dent. Guy Pearce was only rumored to be doing a Harvey Dent cameo in Batman Begins, which was obvious a false rumor.

The Two Face picture is quite cool. I think that the Joker one looks cool, but I wouldn't want for him to actually look like that. Just to weird.

I saw those when they came out, but thanks Angelus for posting the link, those pics are awesome! Anyways, I didn't know Josh Lucas was in the mix. Hm.... must check his profile on imdb. & I think The Joker would look great like that in the movie. Mr. Bermelo later said The Joker was based on Lachy Hulme (in his picture)

Josh Lucas as Harvey Dent. That I could definately live with. Hopefully some of these rumors of either Josh Lucas or Liev Schreiber come to fruition. Both happen to be actors that weren't first to my mind but now i would really like to see in the role. Plus Lucas has already shared some screentime with Christian Bale before so they have previous background with each other. Well i guess only time will tell who the next Two Face will be...

I'm vigorously "pulling" for anyone in particular I can think of. I'm not especially fond of Schreiber, but I would be much happier with him than that josh Lucas. Nothing personal really, Just wasnt impressed with him in Hulk. I remember seeing him in promos and such for Hulk and thought he was rather dorky / weak.

personally i feel that Liev Schreiber would make a better two-face/dent. I do get the denzel point, and i'm not saying he would play a horrible two-face but i would like to see them stick to comic book form, i do not just mean with a white two-face, i would also like to see his face not be purple lol......

Hm... Josh Lucas in the Hulk? You mean that guy that Bruce Banner hates, & eventually gets his back, & neck broken? No offense, but if that's who your talking about, UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH!

Jett did warn to take the Lucas rumor with a grain of salt. I'm not too sure about him myself. I'll watch his scenes in Hulk tonight. He's definitely not going to surpass Schreiber's popularity, that's for sure.

You guys are right about josh lucas in hulk. He's kinda weak and just has the bully complex going. But for some reason he left an impression on me in Stealth. Also there's a new movie coming out where he plays a family guy coach or something along the lines. If there will most likely be any indicator of his ability as an actor i bet it will lie there. Tho i am definately not denying liev schreiber being a good candidate. Both have my vote so far. Maybe liev a little more than lucas tho, but either i would support.

I am not a big fan of Liev Schreiber for Harvey Dent/Two Face, I think that Lee makes some great points about Denzel Washington and I would love to see Denzel take on the role of Harvey Dent, he is one of the greatest actors around right now and would make an incredible Harvey Dent/Two Face. Liev Schreiber is somewhat of a weak actor in my opinion, and doesn't sit well with me...
I would still love to see Vince Vaughn as Harvey Dent (fingers crossed)

I would still love to see Vince Vaughn as Harvey Dent (fingers crossed)He would make a great Dent. Most people forget how good of a serious/creepy character he can be. That movie that he was in with John Travolta . Really great acting.

im sorry , but denzel is too old for the role...I rather see an early thirty something actor. He is up there in age 50 something I think, but he looks young and I think he could really pull it off, besides I think with the entire reality and real feel to the Nolan/Goyer Batman films, I think that as great as a D.A. Harvey Dent is I don't think he would be (age range) late 30's- mid 40's, so Denzel would fit that bill
That is one thing that really bothered me about Rachel Dawes being a 20 something successful D.A., I think to be a great one you and in real life you look around and see most D.A.'s are in there late 30's mid 40's...

Vince Vaughn is a pretty big guy as well he is like 6'4 or 6'5. I just watched Wedding Crashers last night and I think he would work perfectly as Harvey Dent.

Anyway, he wouldn't be that bad a choice. Granted, I wouldn't consider him my top choice, but I think he could pull the role off pretty well. He can be really creepy when he wants to be.

Vaughn had some pretty serious roles before he went into the big comedies. He may be a popular comedian now, but he's got some dark roots. I'd have to see him in The Cell and the Psycho remake, but I think he would definitely be an interesting choice. David Goyer has been quoted as saying that he likes casting people who audiences wouldn't expect and since he had a hand in casting Batman in Begins, I'd reckon that he may use a similar philosophy for other roles in the series. But from what I've seen of Vaughn, he's definitely got the look and the ability to play a likeable character, which is a necessity in playing Harvey.

LIEV SHRIEBER ALL THE WAY! *Hands All Star a Towel to wipe off his computer* I could definately see Vince Vaughn playing Harvey Dent (all the way), he is a far better choice (IMO) than liev shrieber. Like others have mentioned before hitting big in a few great comedy movies Vince has taken on serious roles, like The Cell and Physco (remake) he is pretty talented, and physically could pull of Harvey Dent as well.

BatmAngelus had three picks which I think were totally inspired:
Paul Bettany as The Joker Rufus Sewell as Harvey Dent/Two-Face Eva Green as Talia Rufus Sewell, in particular. I think he has the inner strength and he evokes a strong morality which I think works perfectly for Harvey Dent. Liev Schrieber, on the other hand, seems like a sort of indecisive, wishy-washy guy whose turn to the dark side really wouldn't seem tragic because it wouldn't play off of a strong morality.
I'm not too big a fan of the Vince Vaugh role. He has the body for it (as Dent was drawn in 'Year One' at least) but he, too, just doesn't seem to have that really strong moral foundation that I think is necessary if you want the character to really be believable.

I don't know. He was already Dr. Doom, and he wasn't that good. Could this guy be Dent? Yes. Two-Face? Probably not.
