Hi Guys and gals. My Wife and I went to a fast food restaraunt called Red Rooster in Australia and were surprised to see some JL figures that originally came out (according to this website) with kids meals at a restraunt called Jollibee in 2003/2004. I picked up Superman where he bends a bar of steel with his hands when his legs are pushed together. The other three that were available were : Wonder Woman with lasso. (Her arm is extended out). Flash that has running action. Green Lantern with a green cannon (arm extended). No other characters were available, but the ones that were can be seen here : www.legionsofgotham.org/FFjollibeeJL.jpgand www.legionsofgotham.org/FFjollibeeJL2004new.jpgI don't know if you guys have Jollibee in the U.S., but I'd be very happy obtain some of these toys and make them available for swap/trade for anyone outside of Australia that would like them or missed out the first time around. Just private message me if interested.

[shadow=green,left,300]Thank you for that update valor! Jollibbe restaurants are in the Phillipines only, and the sets from there fetch a pretty penny on ebay, so if you're willing to make fair trades or sales on this board, I know a lot of fans would appreciate it![/shadow]

I saw a full set of these at a toy show here in Texas a few months back. The seller was a typical "delaer," and was prepared to "drop the price" down to $65 for the set. Needless to say, I passed. They're just slightly taller than the Mattel offerings (and Hasbro)... Just enough to not fit in. And the sculpts are medicore. That's not to say I wouldn't have snatched them up at say, oh, $20, but not at $60.
I wish I could remember how how much taller they were. I'm wondering if J'onn, Bats or Supes might make a decent base for a properly scaled AMAZO (i.e. properly in scale with the Mattel stuff). Any thoughts, those that have seen them?

OK, I picked up 5 GLs and 5 Superman today. Next week I'm picking up 5 Wonder Woman (Women?) and 5 Flash figures for anyone that wants to trade.
