I've decide to share 4 of my works in progress so everyone can laugh at how lame I am: soon to be Azrael. He needs to be repainted (the correct shade of red this time) and I need to attach his back...um, whatever those streamers he has on his back are called... oh! and I need to get around to sculpting his head soon He needs the stand since ML figures have weak hips... but he does get a lovely 26 (maybe 27 if I bulid his head right) POA out of it Super Possible Joker... I have a (crappy) Batman and Robin in the works too, but since I've yet to see a Super Possible Joker I'm sharing him instead. He has 30 POA, he just needs to be painted. Cassie Cain Batgirl... she's almost done, just needs the chest logo and some paint touching up. Hopefully she'll be one of my entries into the Logo Custom contest ended up using all 3 FFX-2 figures to make her (Paine's arms and boots, Rikku's body, Yuna's head... OH! and the hands are from a DMC Trish) the Yuna head might be "too anime" but since I can't find a Kabuki figure it's good enough. Spoiler Robin... Paine it turns out is a horrible horrible base figure for 6in. figures, so she's made with Yuna (with Rikku's mini-skirt added on) She still needs a lot of work (sanding, a new head sculpt, a better cape... pretty much everything) but it's a start

WOW! I love how your Azrael is turning out! It looks great with the shade of red that you have right now actually. You have to share that recipe, all I've got to use for Az is that Knight Force Ninjas one, but he seems a little bulky for a 6" inch Az. The one you're working on seems to be perfect in scale. Keep up the good work my friend!

Thanks everyone for saying such nice things. I guess I'm not as lame as I thought
GRNLNTRN: Azrael is made up of a ML Daredevil (although any figure with that base body would work if DD can't be found I think he works best since... well he's red so paint rub isn't as much an issue) spliced with pieces of one of the Delux Batman figures (Night Patrol to be exact... I felt his armor was very Azrael-esque)
Daredevil's upper torso/deltoids, Thighs (since I want to display him with the Hush figures I thought he needed to have bulkier thighs) and feet have been replaced with Batman's... I did my best to keep as much of Daredevil's articulation in tacked as possible (he loses his 'fold-out shoulers', bicep cuts, and obviously neck but the rest is still there)
His cape is from a 15th Annaversy Spawn and his "back streamers" when I get around to attaching them are going to be left overs from an "Oh! My Goddess" Hild figure

Two (well 3... well 2.5 I guess) more WIP's Before ToyFare announced their exclusive Jason Todd I had made one of my own (who has since been cannibalized into other customs such as giving ML Gambit a proper fitting coat and the feet on my Suer Possible Joker) I made a base for that custom Jason Todd which I'm now reworking for the offical one... I'll probably sculpt an angel statue for the top of the tombstone just as in the comic (btw-the stone does read "Here Lies Jason Todd" although it's kinda hard to read") and of course repaint the 'forming Clayface' the right color As I mentioned with the SP Joker I had a Super Poseable Batman and Robin in the works too, I finally decide to take pictures of them. Batman was made as a compaion piece the Joker seen earlier. (I even made a display/diaorama/playset sorta deal very loosely depicting the final battle in the first Batman movie for them to sit on out of old ML bases... I'll show it when I finish repainting and assembling the two) He has 36 POA and two heads (masked and unmasked), and his cape looks really good when he's hanging on his base if I do say so myself. Robin was made to get a HUSH scale Robin (and comparing him to Jason Todd it seems I succeeded!) but I decide instead of just scaling him up a bit I'd spice him up a little more and give him some extra joints (he totals 25 PoA over all) I used a Spider-man 1 Spidey for this legs since I wanted to replicate the "chain-mail" texture classic robins shorts had (also I wanted texture to paint, texture is great for experimenting with washes and dry brushing)
