To anyone who has ever cared about someone, listen here. Look at the person right next to you or living with you. Ask yourself: could this be the last time you see them? This morning, this happened to me. Yesterday, my mom, my cousin Matt, and our friend Jake went out for my birthday. We saw Borat, and got a pizza. We then came back home and I got my presents and cake. Then Matt and Jake went out to another friends house. He said he would be back today to play my new Marvel game with me. This morning, my mom woke me up and she was pretty upset. She then told me Matt was dead. There was a car crash on the way home. He had lost control of his truck. Jake was thrown out but was alright. Matt didn't make it.
So ask yourselves: will the person you care about still be around the next day? Tell them how much you care before they go out someplace. You'll never know what might happen. Now if you could, please say a prayer for my cousin Matt.

[shadow=green,left,300] I am so sorry All Star, the same situation happened to me a while ago. May your cousin Matt rest well, I am deeply sorry for your loss if there is anything I can do please tell. Although the ones we love are taken from us, the way to make them live on is to keep loving them. Be strong my friend, we are here for you.

All Star, on a first account I hope you 'had' a great birthday. I am terribly sorry for the loss of a relative. I've encountered it in my family and in relatives as well and it hurts a tremendous amount. My thoughts are with Matt's parents as well as everyone else's.

All Star, I'm familiar with what you are feeling.. it is a little different in the way that you may know that a friend or loved one is going to pass away, but every once in a while one is taken so tragically that it puts us into quite a shock. I personally have been fairly fortunate to not have lost very many people in my personal life, however, I will never forget losing a friend of mine from work. I was shopping and received a phone call from a fellow co-worker, "Have you seen the news? Don is dead." ..of coarse disbelief and immediate shock. I couldn't understand what I was hearing. I learned that my friend had gone fishing at a local river, was slightly intoxicated, (perhaps even suicidal), slipped on some algae, and immediately hit his head on a rock, knocking him unconscious in the water. When a passerby found him the next morning, he was still gripping his fishing pole. It took probably a year to get over the fact he was gone. I kept expecting him to show up for work. It was really hard us who had just seen him within a day or hours before his death. His death was all over the news, and it was really eerie.
My heart goes out to you and your friend's family. Take care.

[shadow=green,left,300] That is horrible Real Batgirl, I too have lost a loved one a dear friend of mine, kind of why I like Riddler today his personality was pretty much the same. I was in Vegas to see him perform seeing he's a singer for Legends In Concert and it turned out he had already left to perform in Japan. About 2 months later I recieved an email the day after his birthday to find out that he had died of a diabetic coma and his body was badly decomposed so they had estamated he was dead two weeks before that. The funeral had to be done immediately and I couldn't make it, I cried my eyes out everyday. When I went back to see my friends at Legends they had told me he died seeing they thought I hadn't heard the news and I collapsed to the floor crying seeing everyone knew how good of friends we are and all of them were there to comfort me. I eventually got over it but then about four months later on my birthday someone sent me a video of him performing and I cried seeing that was his second to last performance, my friend was very talented and I will never forget what joy he brought. I know he wouldn't want me to cry, so everytime I go to Legends I just smile at the memories he left me. I hope you feel better soon All Star, Matt would want you to. [/shadow]

This is most unfortunate. My art teacher, who is a great guy, just lost his baby while still in the pregnancy. He suffered a heart failure and had to be carried out. It happend last Friday. He came back today and told us of how he got to keep the baby for a while and hold im in his arms. Truly heartbreaking to me. He even once read us a story in art using funny voices and told us he would tell these to his son all the time when he was born
