Someone explain to me why almost every match in TNA seems to have a stipulation included in it. For instance the Booker T and Samoa Joe match is a six sides of steel match. Can they not just have a regular wrestling match to tell the story? they had a regular match at the last ppv, remember. it ended in a no contest. that's why they are going to a weapon filled six sides of steel. and cage matches arent stip matches. it's a type of gimmick match, but the cage is the least gimmicky of all gimmick matches. same thing with A.J./Kurt, they had a few regular matches and have been feuding for awhile, so the Last Man Standing adds to the feud and will have the feud get better. WWE has way more stip, gimmick, and joke matches than TNA.

Is anyone else p***ed that Batista and Cena won the tag team straps last night on RAW? I am, they took a great tag team in Rhodes and Dibase and destroyed what I thought would be a very long title run, but NO the WWE only cares about the main event heavyweight guys........ i knew that was happening. WWE always gives the tag title to 2 guys that are feuding with each other. they've done it for years. remember The Rock/Mick Foley, Austin/Undertaker, HBK/Cena, MVP/Matt Hardy, etc. everytime 2 guys are feuding and are put in a tag title match as partners they win the titles. even Miz/Morrison was like that. they were feuding with each other and C.M. Punk and were put in a tag title match and won the titles. it's WWE's thing. having enemies/rivals as partners holding the tag titles. it's their way of adding drama to the matches.

I guess I put my faith in the WWE doing the right thing and allowing a great tag team like Rhodes and Dibase hold onto the tag team straps, but I was wrong, and should have realized that they were not going to do that as you have stated.
How long before Rhodes and Dibase get the straps back? And what do you see happening for them to get them back?

Although it has been the history of the WWE to do such things with individuals going into a huge PPV by having them win the Tag Team Titles .. I like Techno thought that they would do the right thing and have Rhodes and Dibiase hold onto the Tag Title straps. These two are awesome and to have them lose to Batista and Cena just flat out stinks!

it'll probaly be alittle while before they drop the belts. what happened was WWE realized that there was only one other tag team on Raw aside from Dibiase Jr./Rhodes and that's Cryme Tyme. so instead of having them face each other a hundred times, they decided to give the belts to Cena/Batista and they can just have them face different mixes of teams if they face anyone at all, until they decide to promote a team, move a team from another brand, or create a new team.

All-Star i know you always post the ppv results, but you usually do it right after the ppv airs and it's been a few hours since the show ended so i figured i'd post them.
here's the results of TNA's Hard Justice PPV:
- Petey Williams beat Consequences Creed to retain the TNA X-Division Title after interference from Daivari - Taylor Wilde, Gail Kim, & O.D.B. beat Awesome Kong, Velvet Sky, & Angelina Love - Beer Money beat LAX to win the TNA World Tag Team Titles - Jay Lethal beat Sonjay Dutt - Christian Cage & Rhino beat Team 3D - A.J. Styles beat Kurt Angle in a Last Man Standing Match. after the match Sting came out and hit A.J. with the Scorpion Death Drop onto the entrance ramp. - Samoa Joe beat Booker T in Six Sides of Steel to retain the TNA World Title after getting a guitar dropped down to him and hitting Booker T with it.
i've heard mixed feelings on how good the show was. Styles/Angle was said to be amazing, but the rest of the show was supposedly lackluster. this show was basically to set up the next 2 PPVs, especially with how alot of the matches ended.

Hmmmmmm a guitar was dropped to Samoa Joe, does this mean the return of Jeff Jarrett?

I thought a good portion of the matches felt really sloppy, especially the Apache match, and the main event. Alot of great action and stuff going on but thought it could have been a bit cleaner with the moves.
The pushing and shoving between Chessman and Cibernetico was pretty funny, but man Vampiro really took a beating between everybody and those chair shots. Does this mean Vamp will be off of TV for awhile?

Vampiro wont be on tv next week, but he's back the following week to face Mesias in a Triplemania rematch, with a larger time limit.

Hmmmmmm a guitar was dropped to Samoa Joe, does this mean the return of Jeff Jarrett? that's what we're supposed to be thinking. i want him to come back, so hopefully he does. does anyone else see Kevin Nash turning on Joe and joining with Sting and Booker T and making a WCW veteran alumni stable. i can see this occuring.

^ Randy Orton is great on the mic. he's the only guy that can pull off the monologue voice. he's also one of the best actual wrestlers in WWE, and they need him to come back. he was all set to return at Summerslam, but now he'll probaly be out until around Survivor Series.

Do you know of any big names over there?

Do you know of any big names over there?he wont wrestle full time there, but NWE is the biggest promotion that holds shows there. thats the promotion that had Ultimate Warrior's return match against Orlando Jordan back in June. its mostly indy guys that wrestle for the promotion with a few local wrestlers mixed in.

What are your thoughts about him? i've liked Alan Stone for awhile. when he and Zumbido were a tag team, they were one of the best teams in the world. i already know what happens and i wont ruin it for you, but look who's in the match, think about what's been happening in the promotion, and knowing that the winner gets a title shot and you can basically figure out the winner. i'm excited to see it though. Morgan family match should be good as well. i always liked Pirata Morgan and his great work ethic and its rubbed off on his kids. they always put on an entertaining match.
