Actually, thats not an un-used design. Its a piece that Batman Strikes artist Christopher Jones did for me for Xmas back in 2004. I have the black and white version. Chris's wife colored that version for him to use online. Two-Face is my fav villain, so he did it as a favor. Its not associated with the show at all.
I imagine you can find it on Chris's comic space

The color version of that art was quickly done by me as a small-scale 100x100 pixel icon, it doesn't exist in a larger size. I keep meaning to color the full size version, but haven't gotten around to it. A larger version of the line art can be found here: www.comicspace.com/christopherjones/comics.php?action=read&file_id=179476Two-face is my favorite Batman villain, too, and it always was a frustration that in 50 issues of The Batman Strikes (44 drawn by me), we never got to have THREE of my favorites - Two-Face, Scarecrow, and Ra's al Ghul. All three were "off-limits" due to the live action films. I never understood the logic of that policy. What confusion or other problem would cartoon versions of those characters have caused with in relation to the Christopher Nolan films? But this wasn't a decision made by any of the creative people involved in either the animated series or the movies. It's studio execs. Go figure...
