BURBANK, CA (July 1, 2005) – Kids’ WB! brings more amazing action, cutting-edge comedy and extraordinary adventures during the jam-packed month of July. The network’s new Saturday morning lineup, beginning Saturday, July 9 (8 a.m.–12 p.m. ET / 7-11 a.m. PT) will be highlighted by the premiere of Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends, as well as the return of breakout hit Teen Titans, which will team up with The Batman, to kick-off Kids’ WB!’s morning with a back-to-back super hero hour block.
YOU’VE GOT TO SEE THEM TO BELIEVE THEM: On Saturday, July 9, Kids’ WB! welcomes the animated comedy Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends (10:30 a.m. ET/9:30 a.m. PT) to Saturday mornings. From creator Craig McCracken of “The Powerpuff Girls” fame and produced at the Cartoon Network Studios, Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends follows the wild and wacky exploits of Mac, a normal, shy 8-year-old boy, his imaginary best friend Blooregard Q. Kazoo and their hodgepodge of resident friends. In the series, once a kid dreams up a new pal, it becomes real and imaginary friends are a part of everyone’s life, whether they like them or not. Sometimes, kids get separated from their imaginary friends. Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends was created to give a home to these abandoned pals, and to help them find a new friend with whom to live. Join Mac, Blooregard and the gang as they encounter friendships, adventures and unpredictable fun among a motley crew of humans and imaginary friends living together in this very unique and special place.
Also on Saturday, July 9, Kids' WB! will kick-off its new Saturday morning lineup with an action-packed super hero hour as the comedy-adventure series Teen Titans (8 a.m. ET / 7 a.m. PT) returns to Saturday mornings and teams up with The Batman (8:30 a.m. ET/7:30 a.m. PT) for plenty of unexpected mayhem and fun.
