Its at walmart, packaged with Batman Begins for a total of $19.99
the Batman Begins DVD by itself is on sale for $9.99
I got it as a collector and with the liklihood that they won't ever put these eps on dvd...or at least not for awhile. If they treat The Batman like Teen Titans or JL, they'll put out a few discs for each season, but not full sets.

Actually Matt, if they treated it like TT then we'd get half the season on one disk, and the otehr half on a second disc. Currently we have all of S1 and half od S2 for TT. Now JL is a different story... But I agree, it's good to get it while you can.

Sorry about that guys....for some reason I always think that the first season of TT had 24 episodes....probably because when I started to burn them onto vcd I was two seasons behind, lol. regardless, with the Batman, that isn't likely to be the case. Otherwise, we'll be into season four by the time season one is on DVD. and, yeah Gotham only one of my Walmarts has that $9.99 deal...perhaps its a local special of some kind?

That cover art is much nicer than the ones we get on the 'normal' DVDs. I love the shot of Batman, it reminds me of The World's Finest The Batman menu. Still, I'll get the episodes when they're released next year.

[shadow=green,left,300]Like you said Matt, if they treat "The Batman" like they did with Teen Titans and JLU, then they WILL release a season 1 or a volume 1, like they're doing for JLU or so I've heard. Besides, I have a STRONG hunch that they'll be coming out with a "The Batman: Season 1, Volume 1" DVD set soon enough... Besides, BTAS and TNBA didn't get its own episode DVD set until about 8 years after the show ended. So don't try and rush things guys. [/shadow]

I saw this the other day at Wal-Mart. I might still get it though. Because I bought the 2-disc special edition of Batman Begins, but it's a wide screen version and I like full screen more. PJ
