Young Avengers #1 preview

There are a lot of theories about this book... none of which I can really get into, since I don't read many Marvel books. Perhaps someone that does could give a better insight to this book - Robert maybe? Anyway, here's the preview:

I loved that miniseries from a couple years back and I'm a mostly DC guy. If that is him, in going to have to check that out. I would look on some sites to see if it's really him, but I don't want to be spoiled as to why he's there. So can somebody confirm for me ? Please ?[/glow]
