i haven't seen the eclipso diamonds revive the dead, but that doesnt mean they cant, and the Spectre could have revived someone anyway. but i had thought that Alexander Montez had injected the last of the diamonds into his body. I would say other if it was a choice, if its not Alexander Montez i dont even have a guess. because he was alive in the timestream in JSA # 66, so it could be him. whoever it is has to have adapted to the power quickly to over take Phantom Stranger.
wouldn't it be something if they made Jim Corrigan Eclipso.
