OK, I know that Lucius is in the comics, I remember him from when I was a pup When and what year did he show up in the comics. Not to mention, does he know Bruce is Batman in the comic and film? I know this is one of those borderline questions. But judging by things in the trailer, I would think he might be suspicious of all his gadgets showing up with Batman. While I am a Batfan, I am a little rusty on the origins of Fox, other than the man who runs Wayne Enterprise for Bruce in the 70's time frame. Appreciate the assistance ;D

Thats always one thing I've also been rusty on, and every time i see him in a trailer I think to myself the same thing. I mean the tumbler isnt exactly a common vehicle.

He's never really had much spotlight on him throughout his history, and as far as I've ever seen, he doesnt know Bruce's secret?... as for the movie version? I dont believe he really "knows" either?... Thats actually been one of my main concerns and "issues" with this movie so far. With whats known about the story, HOW THE HELL DOES BRUCE MAINTAIN ANY OF HIS SECRETS??? Everything seems to be known about him and or is directly / obviously related to him!? Unless everyone but him dies of course.

HOW THE HELL DOES BRUCE MAINTAIN ANY OF HIS SECRETS??? It works just like Clark Kent's glasses. It's so obvious that no one actually suspects him.

seriously though he has to know after Begins that Bruce is Batman because of A)The suit B)The Car-I mean it seems to be a Wayne enterprises exclusive, and the law chase him in the movie so its going to get around unless Bruce stages a robbery or something

its in a camoflauge color b4 its the batmobile, then bruce says "Does it come in black?" and after that a lack version is spotted around the city? Might be a bit obvious unless he tells Lucious.

As with "the car" and the suit, there are also all the other "exclusive Wayne enterprises gadgets and gizmos! Not to mention the Ra's Al Ghul ninja gauntlets, as well as Mr. Wayne's public spectacle of a return in conjunction with Batman's sudden arrival which also just happens to coincide with several other plot points that any Joe Schmo reading the daily news would have to find "curious" lol. I can see it now... one of Ras's ninja's: "hey boss, remember that Gotham millionare Bruce Wayne? Ya know, the guy we trained to fight and use those cool bracelets of ours cause he was seeking revenge on criminals? Well ever since he went back to Gotham, some freak started seeking revenge on criminals by fighting like us and using our weapons! And I hear the other cool toys and junk he's using are one of a kind prototype dealies from Bruce Wayne's own company that nobody has access to but him. Well I was just wonderin, you think maybe Mr. Wayne can help us find out who that Batman guy really is"!? (Most likely this would be that "clumbsy ninja" from the trailer lol) Sorry, I'm board tonight lol I'm sure most will be explained in a somewhat nice and convenient fashion but until I see it, it stil bugs me. I mean, there's no escaping it lol. I really cant wait to see how they work it!

I think in Begins Lucious "knows", but he doesn't "know".
Bear with me...
For those of you who saw the extended preview after Smallville, there was this exchange between Lucious and Bruce:
Wayne: Look Mr. Fox... Fox: Yes, sir? Wayne: If you're uncomfortable... Fox: (interrupting) Mr. Wayne, if you don't tell me exactly what you are doing, when I am I asked, I don't have to lie. (pause) But don't think of me as an idiot. Wayne: (nods and gives a knowing grin) Fair enough. Fox also gives a knowing grin and nod.
I think this exchange, particularly the nod and grin by Bruce, shows that while Fox probably knows what's going on by putting two and two together - he hasn't been informed by Bruce and actually prefers that he isn't.
It's very subtle acting, very understated, but that is exactly what I love about all the clips I have seen about this film.
