haha its like 1992 all over again!
To be pefectly honest, he has taken a lot of flack..but his style is better than a lot of others working regularly out there.
I'll flip through 'em.

I wouldnt classify it as Nec. good or bad news personally. You are either a fan of his work or not. Me, I like his style just fine.
I think he was perhaps a bit overrated as an artist and IMO received way too much attention and praise way to quickly and too early in his carreer? Likewise I feel although he may have burned some bridges Etc, he was overly villified by many.
Even though he's been out of the game for a while, hopefully he and his abilities have matured?But what the heck do I know?

I think the bigger news is that Gail (Birds of Prey) Simone is writing this story! So yeah...all of te art may be over muscled (look at the pic...that is people's main complaint, from what I have heard....that he likes to draw "big muscles, big boobs, and big guns") but the story should be excellent with Gail writing....AND we may finally get an answer to my Hawk & Dove question!!!!

I sorta liked him back when he was at Marvel but lost interest when started Youngblood. IMO his style is alright in small doses. |
