What the? Am I having a brain cramp, or wasnt the "infinity gauntlet" a Marvel prop? Yep. Take a look at the book and you'll see what I mean. It was the first thought that jumped into my head when I got to that page.

LOL, I thought the same thing when I read it yesterday, and then I was like... "Hold on, wasn't that something Thanos had? Man, I'm in the wrong universe!"
If that's the Infinity Gauntlet, then Supergirl must be the Beyonder ;D

If that's the Infinity Gauntlet, then Supergirl must be the Beyonder ;D ~Tim Could be! Maybe this really is leading up to another major DC-Marvel cross over! ;D I really liked seeing *spoiler* Barbara as Batgirl again. It's funny how much I missed seeing that, and didn't even notice until I saw it on the page. If they can bring back Jason, maybe they can do something for that character too.

It wouldn't surprise me if they did do something with Babs, now that they've sorta pulled her from the Bat-world. Now if we just knew what those sneaky S.O.B.'s were thinking. LOL ~Tim

Now I posted that Marvel cross-over possibility awhile back here..and you all laughed lol.
I don't think thats the case really..but who knows for sure!
I just got done reading this one..and oh man it was excellent. The new Supergirl! Wow. What is up with her. I'll definately be picking up her book (starts in august)...she's a great new character.
I really did love seeing you know who back in her costume..I was a little weirded out at first, of course until I saw who it really was...
Ian Churchill....GREAT artist.

I, too, enjoyed this. In fact, now that DC has decided to "tie" all the books together in a smaller world, there have been lots of little tidbits dropped here and there, that only make sense if in fact the reader is aware of the greater arc happening. Fun little rewards!

my guess its differant colours of krytopnite Why would Lex bother to bring Red Kryptonite to the fight with him though? I mean, green-K I get, and if he has some kind of shield to protect himself from the radition yellow and white's "kills humans/everything" powers would be really useful when facing the heroes of the DCU, and in the off chance he wants to lay the smack down on Bizarro Blue-K would be really handy as well... but all Red-K does is mutated Superman, does he just want the final indignity delt of Superman dying with 6 fingers or something? Until more is revealed I'd have to agree though, it does look like it's supposed to be a Kryptonite gauntlet and not *THE* Infinity Gauntlet (unless it's like the DCU's version of it which looks different then Marvel's or something)

Ian Churchill....GREAT artist. I liked his art, though I thought his pencils of Batman was an exact copy of Jim Lee's drawings.

I liked his art, though I thought his pencils of Batman was an exact copy of Jim Lee's drawings. His style is very similar...but in all honesty, since DC/WB is using Jim Lee's batman as their "stock" version of him for mass merchandising, I can see why they'd want similarity there.
