Hey guys,
just picked up Batman Journey into Knight #1 yesterday (comic day!!!) and thought the story was interesting, off to a nice start. Anyway, just wondering if anybody knew if it is going to become a monthly?

I just picked it up today and my dealer stated it was to be a "12 issue series".

I just picked it up today and my dealer stated it was to be a "12 issue series". Many of those were kicked off with 12 different #1 issues plus 2 or 3 different 'retailer incentive covers' though also. This series isn't like that. It's simply a 12 issue series which is, imo, much better as a limited run series than putting it into all of the titles and making it some kind of required reading for Bat fans. This way, the regular issues in Detective, Batman, LODK, etc can continue and a seperate story like this, being in continuity, can exist. |

So far it shows potential.. but then so many such minis and the like end up falling flat towards the end. We shall see.
