OK, this issue was an improvement.
-- The art was a little more refined and the story picked up some.
-- The Bruce-Silver relationship is still a bit clunky but it's working better. Dialogue is too melodramatic, though.
-- I kind of liked the Stepford Harvey idea.
-- Dr. Double X's return was not nearly as successful as Englehart-Rogers' revival of Deadshot the first time around. He was key to the clone subplot but really, that could have been any evil scientist character.
Anyway, I'm going to stick with it, mostly for nostalgia's sake. It's still not great though.

Yeah, I have to say that if you're torn between this and something else, take a pass. My interest stems mostly from my love of the original arc. I'm having a hard time walking away from it because I was so excited that the sequel was coming out. Overall, it's not very good. But if you aren't familiar with the original, go get the "Strange Apparitions" TPB. The story was very influential and the art was terrific.
