about cassandra's past ???

hey everyone,
it's Joe again.i have a few questions about Cassandra Cain's (aka batgirl 2) past.i read about 2 issues and figure out one of batman's Villains,Râ’s Al Ghûl's daugher,Talia is cassandra's real mother.but do they ever show the father? all i know was she was adopted by batman's old master.and was train to kill without speaking.and she later join batman's side.but i think she's now in the birds of pray team.i also know she is half asian and half Caucasian.but do they ever say if she is chinese or not? because i look up some sites on cassandra and it shows a few chinese martial arts would be prefect to play her.or is it still unknown.

its currently unknown who either of her parents are. Talia is a decent guess, as we now know that Ra's paid for her creation, but i doubt its Talia, maybe Nyssa, maybe Shiva, but i'm thinking its someone completely different or its something weird like she wasn't conceived at all. also she's not a part of Birds of Prey, that team consists of Oracle, Black Canary, Huntress, Zinda Blackhawk, and Creote, with Savant working with them quite a bit. her race is currently unknown but it is rumored that she is at least partially of asian descent.
