I'm hopefully gonna get this in a bit. I REALLY want the Neal Adams cover: www.newsarama.com/dcnew/allstarsuperman/Ams_ASSPre.htmWowza! But it's apparently gonna be really rare, so I don't know if I'll find it. Regardless, after hearing more about this book, it looks quite interesting, so I will pick it up.

The Adams cover is going to be released next week. That's why no one's found it yet today.

Here's the Adams cover from the DC Comics website, for anyone who hasn't seen it.(hope it's alright for me to post this pic): I'll hold out for this cover, 'cause I like it so much.

I liked this issue.
Story's off to a quick start and I liked that it's not yet another origin story. The origin is handled cleverly but it right away assumes we know who Superman is as an adult -- regardless of which version of the hero we prefer.
Off to a better start than AS Batman and Robin. In fact, I thought it paired better with this week's Batman and the Monster Men, which I also liked.
