Whatever happened to the above two villains? I have the first appearances of both, and they were two of my favorite villains (I tend to prefer the 2nd tier villains than the main ones).
Did they go bye-bye after Crisis?
Thanks,
David

I bleieve Dr. Phosphorous showed up a bit in the Starman series (1994) by James Robinson.

Dr. Phosphorous was killed by Starman (Ted Knight) in Starman # 71.
The Spook is in prison, in Gotham Knights # 46 he was released from prison, but Batman and co. scared him so badly that he went to the police and confessed to a crime he didn't commit.

I always felt Dr. Phosphorus was the inspiration for Blight in Batman Beyond.
Not that that has anything to do with anything.

i wanted to see him in a bat book after Underworld Unleashed. Neron made him powerful enough to take on Jack Knight. its a shame really that alot of Batman villains have been forgotten about or killed off. but at least Black Spider (Eric Needham) has been brought back in Birds of Prey.
