This will be a follow up to Batman & the Monster Men and is coming this summer from the amazing Mr. Matt Wagner! It'll be another 6 issue run, like Monster Men is.
I know I can't wait!!
Matt - any chance of talking to Mr Wagner about this upcoming story? (Maybe get a preview of some of the art?)

I'm certainly looking forward to this as well. I picked up issues 1 -3 of Monster Men and loved every issue. It looks and reads like a EC comic from the 50's. I can't wait for Issue 4 to come out next week!

I still have to read Batman and the Monster Men, and that looks great, but I am especially excited about Batman and the Mad Monk, because I love the 1939 story that it will be based on. It's a really cool idea to retell those old stories in the post-crisis DCU.

I was too busy to go pick up Monster Men #4 this weekend, but I did reread 1-3. Matt Wagner is definitely talented. The story is really good so far and his art is a perfect fit.

Monster Men #4 was great! even Professor Strange was impressed with Batman. i am looking forward to the Mad Monk. WIthout spoiling too much, could someone describe a little bit of what it'll be about? I have never read the 1939 story.
