So far, I've been luck to have a small store not too far away from my house and a bigger one even closer when I'm off at school. I hope I never end up living somewhere where a comic store isn't available in a 200 mile radius!?

Yeah I wish that was so for me too! But it isn't! My parents had to move to Arkansas!!!!!!!!!! I used to live in Delaware and we had a great comic book store!

With Detective Comics #826 coming out this week, what did everyone think of the last issue where the Scarecrow decideds to bring terror to Gotham but not with any fear gas? I think the story is great for Batman is starting to grow crazy since nothing he knows about the Scarecrow is helping him right now. I'm looking forward the the conclusion this week.

the guys on batman-on-film.com totally panned the story, but i didn't think it was so bad. not the greatest, but not the worse story at all. i'm interested in seeing how it ends up.

Today, I was very much looking forward to the new Detective Comics and the store didn't have it. I asked, of course, and was told they were all damaged in shipment. Now I have to wait for either Monday or Tuesday!? Man does this stink

i got it today, read it. it was decent, y'know? not the best damned thing in the world, but i enjoyed it as a mediocre story purely for entertainment.
