I just started reading this series when they started the Bride and Groom story. So far, out of two issues I've read, the story is becoming interesting. The Bride has some pretty impressive powers that almost got Nightwing beat. Any one else checked these new issues out?

Ive been reading the series from the start. Personally though I think the series has been steadily going downhill. In fact, Ive found it so poor for a long time now I actually keep considering dropping it (as much as I hate admitting and even considering it).

Since I think it's okay right now, and you think it's been going downhill, I'm curious about how good those earlier issues are

since OYL Nightwing really hasn't been that great. everything before OYL is fantastic, and you should go pick up the trades. most of the issues are available in trade format. basically he doesn't have a steady rogues gallery anymore, due to the fact that he's in NY, not Bludhaven. hopefully the series will pick up again.

Have there been any other DC characters who lived in an actually city? I've read that Bludhaven was nuked (I think anyway , so it makes sense he'd be in a different city, but I'd expect him to get back to some kind of fictional town. I always though DC, fictional town, Marvel, real cities, mainly New York it seems.

Huntress was based in New York and was a teacher there for some time as well. many characters have come from and been based in Moscow. many characters have also been based in Washington D.C.. Superboy for a time was based out of Hawaii. and many parts of England are also home to numerous characters as well. the list goes on and on. hope this helps.

It's been a while since its released, but did anyone check out issue #131? Honestly, this is the best issue of the three dealing with the Bride and Gloom! The story was structured great and the art was on the top of its game. I hope some of you did check it out.

The story arc Bride and Groom concluded today and I was curious as to how Marv Wolfman would do it. I knew Nightwing wouldn't kill anyone but how do you stop someone that can only survive by sucking the life out of those around her? It wasn't too bad of a conclusion, but issue 131 is still the top one so far. A new story arc starts next time!

I have never really read a Nightwing story, but after reading this I just might buy a couple! But I just have to say I think Nightwing is a pretty cool character and I hear Bludhaven is a twin to Gotham, maybe even worse!
