In a "blink and you'll miss it" tease, DC has revealed the new Outsiders - the ones that will follow "Batman and the..." in the new series. The image below ran in this week's Outsiders #49, and apparently shows off those who will make the cut when the series relaunches later this year, as hinted by Outsiders writer Judd Winick. Natural speculation, given his role in the series' closing arc, is that the series will be retitled Batman and the Outsiders. DC has not officially announced a new series or possible creative team.  |

that pic is for the 5 outsiders one-shots running throughout August. Batman is forming a new team of Outsiders to deal with something from Countdown. if sales are good and the one-shots are well recieved then there may be a regular series or at least a mini in 2008.

Checked out Outsiders #50; it wasn't too bad and I still wouldn't count the team as complete yet. I'm looking forward to Batman all has in story for this team.
