I went to get gas today at my local QT (quick trip) and found three new Batman candy items!
A sour spray with a batman head on top (pic coming in a moment) - 99 cents
A sucker with a batsigal light on the bottom - $1.49
A plastic tube of candy with Batman at the top..one of those where you press down on the base and the figurine moves. - $2.99
They were all comic style but with Jim Lee art on the packaging!!

[shadow=red,left,300]Shoot..and all the area QT's in my area closed down a few years ago. Still, I think there might be one about 35 miles away. Awesome finds Matt. Congrats! It's always the best when you find stuff you weren't expecting.[/shadow]

I found these yesterday at Toys R Us for about the same price, along with a candy puppet figure for $3.49.

OK, at TRU today I found the "push puppet" Batman candy tube, the sour spray and a small tub of watermellon candy with a Batman/Batsignal spoon on it's side. Did't find the Batsignal light-up pop, of cource that's the one I REALLY wanted!

[shadow=red,left,300]Angie had a meeting to attend today a few towns away. On the way back she stopped at QT and picked up the Spray candy and the Projection Pop.
I can't stop playing with the light up Batsignal. ;D[/shadow]

I saw the tube with the moving Batman at the Nanuet NY TRU the other day. It looked cool but I passed as I figured the string holding the figure's limbs together would break easily. If it had been just a solid molded PVC figure on top I'd have bought at least 2 of them. PJ

my tous r us had all 3 candies. i picked up the "collapsing" figure topped one. at 3.49 a pop tho, a little overpriced, imo. i was kinda disappointed in the other two after seeing them in person.

Our local TRU finally stocked the Bat-signal light up pop, I like it a lot (cats love to chase bat-signals, bet'cha didn't know that!). The Batman push puppet is cool if you cut his strings glue him back together and remove the sticker from his base. ;D

[shadow=red,left,300]Nice score Matt. I soooo want that box, but the one at my local TRU is still pretty full. Can't really bring myself to buy all of those candies, especially at a buck something a pop. Maybe I can dump the box out without no one noticing. [/shadow]
