Been wonderin about that myself for the longest time! Ive noticed some (like the Star Wars) plug n' play being rereleased with new controller designs and expansion packs included, but thats it!? I would be willing to buy the SW pack cause it was kinda fun, but The Batman PP Game has been the best w/o a doubt!
On a related note... the JLU PPGame that is a pretty big let down. very lame IMO : (

I cant imagine you or anyone else wouldnt be pleasantly suprized by the batman game! even withe games and such out there now, this one is a fun treat. but again, dont bother with the jlu one!

I have a feeling Tv Games is not producing new controllers anymore. Amazon.com took the Batman Gamekey off their website recently. Any word?

I've always wondered where you'd put an expansion module on the Batman game. Some of the newer games state on the package that they are expansion ready. I'm betting The Batman won't get expanded.
