Mod you may move this post to the Custom forum.
I was thinking of swapping the head of an animated mr. Freeze. Tha alfred body might just work.

The most common recipe for Clock King consists of a Riddler body with a Mr. Freeze head. Please post pics when you finish.

You might have to crack the dome or cut some plastic from the base of the dome to remove it. Also, I imagine if you crack the figure at the torso and split it, it might come out in one piece. I have never tried this, but it is an educated guess. I hope this helps.

I tried to cut around the edge where the clear plastic was with an xacto knife. Some plastic came out but the dome is still attached. Is there anyway i can remove the head without wasting other parts like the body?

I can't really think of a way to not destroy something. However, if you take the figure apart carefully, you can superglue the pieces back together.
Other than that, if nothing else you can just crack and break the dome and get the head out.

Oh, yeah, lol. If that is the case, I imagine the plastic is cheaper. I got one of those at Wal-Mart for $2. I wish I had picked up another when I had the chance

Ok. Finally pulled apart Mr.Freeze and got the head out. I sanded the head a little, chopped off some extra peices, and am trying to figure out if i should maybe change the face a little. Does anyone want to see it? Its just an unpainted head.

I painted a little of the head just to see how i would like it to be done. Does it look ok? Its a bit messy but im gonna fix that. I still need to prime coat it then repaint it.

Thank you. It's my first custom. But now that i look at snapshots of the animated series, his glasses arent like that. Well i have to go change it now. Im gonna have to take off the sides of the glasses and fix paint job. EDIT: Darn it! I cant post pictures of the show but there here on this site wf.toonzone.net/WF/batman/episodes/ClockKing/

I am almost in completion with the head all it needs now is some paint. But now is the hard part. Getting a good body to match with the head yet still making it look good. Some one suggested an animated series Alfred figure but i am having trouble obtaining one. So can anyone else think of a figure's body that may work?

the only two i can think of that would look good is the B:TAS Riddler or Two-Face.

Yeah, like I said earlier - you want to use the BTAS Riddler. I have seen this custom made many times, and all of them have used this figure (and they looked good, too).
