This is my first attempt at any sort of custom, so be kind ;D I figured I'd start simple, so movie Bats it was. He started as the battle aromor Bats, you know the one with the fecked up forehead. I snipped the pointy parts of the belt, sanded down the bat emblem buckle, painted him up, decoup'd the logo and sealed him. I left the forehead alone, cuz it really doesn't bother me as much in black as it does on the blue Bats in the 2 pack. He turned out alright I guess, but I think I'm gonna try making him again later. Definitely a good learning experience though, even if he does look kinda crappy This is the best pic I have right now, cuz I'm gonna crash, but I'll try to take some more later.

Thanx for the kind words guys, I appreciate it...but methinks I farked it up. There were a couple of spots where the sealer didn't cover well, so I sprayed it again and wound up with a white milky goopy mess. I never know when to leave well enough alone ;D Anybody know how to recover from this? If it's doomed, then like I said, at least it was a good learning experience and the kiddos like him, so he'll prolly end up in their toy bin. I've moved on to working on an Adam West style The Batman style. Hopefully he works out a little better!

Unfortunately that's the end of the paintjob.Once you get that"gooky"mess it's time to start again. When you apply your sealer, make sure it is well shaken and spray from a distance in flowing sweeping strokes.Don't try to just saturate it,then you shouldn't have any problems.
