No question, my favorite was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Ghostbusters was a closer runner up. And who could forget Muppet Babies! Those pretty much had all of my attention until Bruce Timm worked his magic with Batman.

Masters of the Universe G.I.Joe Silverhawks Visionaries Transformers (sometimes) Superfriends
Funny thing is, with the exception of Superfriends, I watched the others mostly to see how the action figures were brought to "life" in the 'toon. Always wished that there had been a Battle Beasts cartoon. I remember the Hasbro PR guys saying that it could never happen because of the sheer number of characters. They didn't want to spotlight only a few and leave out the rest..or something like that.

I only seen a few eps of Visionaries but I want it on DVD-that and Spider man and his Amazing friends-anyone remember this?where Spidey lived with Iceman and Firestar and they teamed up with various marvel heroes against various marvel villians every week/man it was gold
