THIS WAS THE BEST EPISODE OF THE BATMAN TO DATE! I loved the 3 on 1 battle at the end. Plus Gordan's conversation with Batman really set us up for Batgirl next week. Plus, what I've been waiting for since the show started: THE BAT-SINGNAL!

wOw! This had to be in my top three all time favorite episodes. When I first started watching it I was like come on another Joker & Penguin episode, but then The Riddler was thrown into the mix, and there deal intrigued me. The story line, action, and the teaming of Fugitive Yin and Batman was great, my favorite line was when he told Yin to stay and look out and she responded I thought I was your partner, and Batman said But your not my sidekick was great.
And the best part, the introduction of Commissioner Gordon, the end scene with he and Batman talking gave me goosebumps!
Who does the voice of Gordon? He does a great job, I can't wait to see more of Gordon.
10/10

but anyways, it was a great episode, not the best but it certainly was good!!i loved commissioner gordon!! he was awesome and i so cant wait for the next episode!!

This episode just moved to up to my favorite of the whole series! The three way joker, penguin, riddler fight was awsome! It was so cool seeing Gordon and the signal. I'm glad for the amped up role of chief rojas as well, seeing him clash with gordon was great! I hope that keep that fued going in the new episodes.

[shadow=purple,left,300]This was definitely one of the best episodes of the series, imo. It was nice to see Gordon and the bat-signal make their first appearances. The Riddler, Penguin and Joker were also good additions to the episode, even though the Riddler [thankfully] stole the show.
Hopefully next season will build on the events from this episode.
10/10

A superb episode all the way around. Excellent plotting, pacing and obviously chockful of historical significance.
-- Finally we get to see Gordon. (I was hoping Rojas was going to resign there but it makes it intriguing if he interferes next season.)
-- The Batsignal. Nuff said.
-- Nice little tease there about Yin and being a sidekick.
-- Good interaction with the three villains. Often teamups water down characters but it worked in this case. Well written.
-- Great reference to Gordon's daughter, setting up Season 3.
-- Can Yin and Bats smooch already?
This was everything you want from an episode. One of the best, no doubt.

Fantastic Episode - i loved it all! The begining with the 3 villains meeting and Joker getting mad at Riddler for being similar!
All the references to Barbara and the Yin/Sidekick bit!
The Batsignal looks great
And of course Gordon who looks great as well - Not bad for a Season Finale - not as good as Season 1's finale but it leaves us wanting more!
Also to think that next week we will see Ivy and Batgirl! {well i wont but you know . . . }

[shadow=red,left,300]I finally got up early enough to catch an episode, the first since the time change. Thankfully, it was this one, which in my opinion, is one of the best episodes to date. A great team up by Joker, Penguin, & Riddler...not to mention we finally get to see Gordon and the Batsignal. Gordon mentioning his daughter was a great lead in to the upcoming third season.
By the way Techno Bat, the actor who voices Gordon is none other than Mitch Pileggi who is well known for his role as Skinner on the X Files.[/shadow]

I seem to have a lesser opinion of this one than everyone else. I was a little disappointed. I don't generally like villian team-ups in a short format like this, because there's not enough time to develop the motivation for a team-up; this episode was no exception. These three ego-maniacs would never join forces - it reminded me too much of Batman's campy past. It would have been a much better episode had it featured The Riddler only - I've seen more than enough of Penguin and Joker. I also thought that Gordon's entrance into the series had some stumbles. I would have preferred his character to have shown a more gradual development of trust in Batman, instead of appearing on the scene already convinced of Batman's good intentions. This concept was handled perfectly in the case of Yin's development, but comes off as awkward and forced here. Like everyone else, I enjoyed seeing the signal, and Gordon's reference to Barbara, and Batman's crack about the sidekick. But after the huge buildup (and positive reviews) from our Canadian and other foreign members that had seen this ep, I was not as impressed as I wanted to be...sorry.

I enjoyed the episode. Loved the Bat-signal, and I don't care if Gordon's characterization is underdeveloped. This is a kid's show and I'm sure that they couldn't care less. Besides, it's only 23 min, not a movie. [shadow=red,left,300] By the way Techno Bat, the actor who voices Gordon is none other than Mitch Pileggi who is well known for his role as Skinner on the X Files.[/shadow] Really?! That's cool, thanks.

Wow i cant express how happy i was with the commish and the riddler. The joker and penguin werent too bumbling like in all the rest they were always to cartooney with eachother but the riddler set the mood. can anyone get me a pic of gotham in balck, white and question marks??

That's my point. Because it is only 23 minutes, there's no time to validate a three-villian team-up, so the show works much better with one criminal at a time. And if we based our thoughts and opinions on whether or not the kids cared...well, there wouldn't be much point to any of these discussions. I mean, if I like pizza, and I have thoughts about what I would like on my pizza, I certainly never think about what other people would like on their pizza. I just ask for what I like on my pizza, and hope I get it that way. If I don't, I still eat it, because I really like pizza. ;D

I missed part of this episode. I came in at the part where Rojas had all of the guns pointed at Batman. Anyway, this is the first time that I got to see Riddler (I missed Riddled). I really like the look and attitude of him. I didn't get to see why the three teamed up, so I didn't have a problem with them working together. I loved the part where Joker is going over the bridge in a pogo-stick. I thought that Com. Gordon was OK. I had hoped that things would be a little more gradual. I didn't quite like that Penguin can do all of these crazy, high flying kicks, and Riddler couldn't do anything head-to-head. I know that his deal is the brain. Just a little bit of more of a fight.

[glow=red,2,300]Love this eppisode, Riddler is by far the best villian, but this season has made evrone LOVE the Joker. I'm surprised no one mentioned the scene where Joker gives Gordon this terrifying look. I hope theres gonna be some sort of story between them ala the Killing Joke, which i think may be one of The Batman Team's favorite story lol ;D[/glow]

I thought the voice sounded very familar and being a huge X-Files fan I should have gotten that (hangs head in shame) so thank you for helping me out with that one... I hero you!

In this case, Eathan Bennett.

Just saw the episode, I really liked it. Was my personal favorite of this newer Batman series. The ending was great too...almost like Batman Begins but it's own way. Great set up, looking forward to tomorrow morning (well, actually night, I gotta go to work in the morning so I gotta tape it).
