Now that I think about it, I would've loved to see Killer Moth in this episode, then sometime again, then for a two-part season finale he becomes Charaxes... But that would drag out way too much. I wasn't UNsatisfied with his transformation, but it was kinda rushed... I give the episode a 9.5/10

One question, where were the kabuki twins?

i was wondering about that too. I hate when cartoons just decide to ditch charecters like that, like when they ditched Yin. They would have gotten in the way, but i think they should have just mentioned them. I still think this was the best episode yet.

They appear off and on... there have been past Penguin episodes in which they are nowhere to be found. i assume they're just imprisoned, or if they are robots, inactive at the time. but the point is, this isn't the first pengy ep in which they didn't make an appearance, so don't assume they've been ditched

I have missed many episodes of TB. I saw most of the first season, a bit of the second, and about half of the third. I had not seen a Penguin episode without the Kabuki Twins besides "Fleur de Mal", which only barely had the real Penguin anyway. I was wondering from a story standpoint. They are his loyal thugs, why wouldn't he have them around as a plan B or as leverage in the event that the team turns on him.
A simple way to explain there absence is a throw away sentence. With the introduction of Ragdoll, Croc, and Firefly, after Penguin says that he is in charge of recruiting and that those villains were unavailable. Croc could have asked what happened to Penguins "chicks". Penguin could have said any number of responses to allude to their past ranging from "They are visiting the orient." "They don't play well with groups." or "They aren't active." It would have worked for a nice allusion to whatever past they have.

I really enjoyed this episode as well, though I also wondered where the Kabuki Twins were. I am loving the banter between Dick and Barbara and while I wish they would have held out on revealing the secret identities a little bit longer it was necessary for the plot line and the message that was being put out there. I just wish we could get an animated Nightwing series.

I just wish we could get an animated Nightwing series. Now wouldn't that be sexy... I also enjoyed the banter between Dick and Barbara, and this whole episode on the whole.

[shadow=purple,left,300]I caught this on Youtube today. It was a decent effort, but I felt that there was a little too much "silliness" involved. It didn't take too much away from the episode- it was nice seeing Bane again, and Killer Moth was a nice nod to the fans. It seemed like a bit of a downer after "A Matter of Family."
7/10[/shadow]

this was another amazing episode from Season 4. i really enjoyed the return of croc and firefly as there two of my favourite villains along with clayface and killer moth/ charaxes. plus seeing killer mothand charaxes was amazing, although at first i did'nt think charaxes was going to be in it at first i could kind of see it coming, and when he was driving the truck giving his comical monalogue and the moths were being absorbed into him i shouted out "yes". the comedy between the characters was great i especially liked the part when team penguin found out that they were stealing a penguin statue and penguin said to croc "next time we can get an alligator", hilarious. and after moth's transformation everyone looks at him terrified and he simply says "have i got something on my face". Also i think for the first time i saw croc scared of something. This episode gets a definate 10 from me as it was well writen and it featured 4 of my favourite villains.
10/10

I loved this episode. It was the first episode I saw of the Batman. It was hilarious! Penguin is by far the most original character and this episode was CLASSIC. I also LOOOVE Killer Moth! SO cute...
