WB sent along the details to LOG: Who better than the Joker to star in the final new episode of "The Batman" for 2007? Premiering this Saturday, December 15 is an episode entitled " The Metal Face of Comedy," in which through an unusual accident Joker's personality is downloaded into a nanite entity, and the digitized Joker is even more threatening than the original. Kevin Michael Richardson provides a double dose of his usual sense of devious joviality as Joker. Vinton Heuck directs the script from writer Alexx Van Dyne. The " Metal Face of Comedy" airs Saturday, December 15 at 11:30 a.m. ET/PT as part of the No. 1 rated Kids¹ WB! Saturday morning network lineup on The CW.

I'm gonna guess that Dick plays an online game and Nightwing is his created character. That would explain how he looks exactly like he does from Artifacts. Why'd they give him his "disco" outfit though?

I know, but I wasn't a real fan of it.

wow this was a really good episode, a much welcome relief from that god awful train episode...
ugh after that one i was like "ok they killed joker"
althought this one was a little like when joker stole bane's venom (basically joker had clayface powers in this one) i thought it was a completely original idea for joker that no previous "batman" show could've done! very very terrific.
9.5/10

Another good ep, more on the downside of the spectrum, but still good. Two Jokers was cool. Good to see Harley. Robabankinabox... genius...pure comical genius!!! Nightwing making a semi-return was cool. Actually liked the original outfit. It was also cool to see how Robin would later get the idea. Was it the same voice actor for Nightwing that voiced him in ARTIFACTS last season ? Is it just me, or did the batbot seemed more just put into the ep than was actual use for it ? Also I wonder why he didn't use the more advanced batbot he used in the first eps of this season. (Yeah it was destroyed in the fight with Superman, but things get fixed and rebuilt really fast in cartoon universes.) Mattel, you really need to get on the ball and release this version of the batbot that you have had made for years already. Sucks that its probably the last new Batman ep of the year. Loved Joker's line at the end, "Wonder if Penguin has the same staffing problems?". That was funny. DrGreenEvil

I guess so far, I'm the only one who didn't like it. I don't even want to get started on it.

Not a great episode but not one of the worst. Nightwing saved it and made it worthwhile and enjoyable imo. I liked the Ep's angle of showing off Robin and him having the answers / saving the day.

Well, I have slept through every episode of this season so far. I really need to adjust my sleep schedule. From what I have read of this season, it has gotten mixed reviews. I guess I simply do not feel compelled to watch.
