wow, the two-packs are aw some! i love the kryptonite batman vs superman. and the four pack is sweet! robin,bat-girl,a new long sleeve joker and an exclusive batman, there awsome! ;D  but i don't see the difference in the bane figure??? it looks the same as the old one? |

A batman fan since childhood, when the hype for a new film kicks up I get excited for the new figs like someone on the bandwagon. I just began watching 'The BaTman' a few weeks ago while waiting for TDK to drop and instantly fell in love with it! I've heard this show get a lot of flack but I am mezmorized. So naturally I've been surfing the local markets checking for some figs. I've seen the Shadow Tek and EXP figs around for awhile but never paid them attention. And now, that I'm on the hunt, they're quite HTF especially after this recall. So much so, that the only one I had until today was a Smile Style Joker I found @ a CVS .
So, to get to the point, I was at a Target this morning, the 20th+ place I'd looked for these and TDK MM figs in the past few days, and I found a single Final Assult Batman laying on a shelf. Snatching it up in victory I found part of the card was torn off and the plastic had been about 25% peeled off. But Darn it, I'll just open it I thought. So I take it to the register and the ape at the counter rings it up, looks at it funny, swipes it again, then says she can't sell it to me because the item has been recalled.
I HAD IT IN MY HAND! DAMNIT!
But I found a Shadow Tek Mr. Feeze in the afternoon, so the day ends on a good note. I'm probably better off getting the str8 forward batman in a boxset anyway. |
