I really wish that they would have used either the Dan Garrett or TED KORD .. instead of Jaime for the Blue Beetle!!! this show is to introduce characters to a new group of people. Ted Kord is dead and not coming back anytime soon, if at all. Jaime Reyes is Blue Beetle and he's going to be for awhile, so they want people to see the Blue Beetle that they can read in the comics. and i read somewhere that Jaime Reyes is ridiculously popular and that was another reason that they used him.

Jaime is a good character choice,i mean when kids watch this and like it,they're going to want to read Blue Bettle and their going to want Jamie under the suit,so using Jamie over Ted was a smart choice, and plus Jamie is pretty popular now anyway.

Forget about the Blue Beetle. Let's focus on Batman.

I'm pretty impressed with the voice acting for Batman. It sounded Conroy-esque. I am much more satisfied with that voice for Batman that Rino's for TB. I always thought that was a week point of that show.

wow, cool! At first I hated this because I thought it'd be just a dumb cartoon, but now it looks really cool!

Who was the girl in the green outfit? it looks to be fire, but drgreenevil says that Emerald Empress will be on the show and it could be her, though how they'll have her on the show without the rest of the Fatal Five or any members of the Legion of Superheroes is beyond me, which maks me doubt its her and that it's Fire.

Same Here. Ted Kord owned as The Blue Beetle, he along with Booster Gold made up The Other Dynamic Duo. Such a sad thing that DC kills off great characters =(
Very good points, but I think that they pick and choose sometimes, because if that was the case, why haven't they moved on from always using Dick Grayson as Robin? In every single Batman cartoon it's Dick Grayson, except for Tim Drake in The New Adventures (which was short lived) But Dick Grayson hasn't been Robin in 20+ years, and they should move on and bring in Tim Drake for the next cartoon version of Robin, because I think he may even be more popular as Robin than Dick Grayson was.

[shadow=red,left,300]I would like it if the Brave and the Bold focused on a older Batman. So they could bring in Nightwing, Oracle and Tim Drake as Robin and Cassandra Cain as Batgirl.
Like several others have posted, I am getting tired of Dick Grayson as Robin![/shadow]

No, we need to start fresh because if we start with the older Batman, newcomers will be all confused!

Starting with an established Batman is actually a little bit easier IMO. There is a lot of backstory to go over and a lot of introductions. I would really enjoy seeing a series that started in the middle, where his sidekicks are slowly leaving him. I think there is a lot more open ground there.

[shadow=red,left,300]Sorry for my rudeness, but you would be really stupid to be confused with an older Batman! I would like some other Characters to come in when Batman is at his prime (as I mentioned earlier). and Robin and Batgirl have moved on. With Hush, the Huntress, the Spoiler, Azrael and others.[/shadow]

No, I'm saying if all of a sudden we have someone like Hush, or Nightwing, younger fans would not know about them. And if they know that Dick Grayson (was) Robin, and all of a sudden he is this new character called Nightwing, they would wonder what is going on!

[shadow=red,left,300]^If younger fans do not know who some of these characters are they should be introduced!
And most screenwriters and animators can come up with new ways to introduce them to capture the interest of a younger audiences. So, another words, I have no idea were your coming from brucebatman? The story of Batman has always been simple to understand no matter how old you are you can understand it. Its not like "Lord of the Rings" were you read the second book first and become confussed!

I actually hope it's a continuation of The Batman, and here's why: I moved the day before the season four finale and had couldn't get the channel, and now if it is a continuation, I can watch it. Or, it would be cool if it was a continuation of The Dark Knight in cartoon.
Batghost08, signing off. (PS How do you get avatars? Im new, sorry I dont know how.)

I've learned that Green Arrow will have a huge role in this show..he'll be in more than least half a dozen episodes in season one.
...more soon

Good! I'm glad we'll see a lot of Green Arrow. He and Batman make an awesome team.
But season one... Does that mean there will be more than one season?
