With all the Lego MOCs (My Own Creation) out there I decided to rename this thread in order to provide links or photos of them. To start here's the 60s Batmobile

Unfortunately, it's only a fan-made Batmobile, I mean Lego (or another brand) aren't going to produce it and it is really, really sad. Because this Batmobile is just amazing, it's incredible and it certainly deserves a place in my Bat-Collection.

Extraordinary work! Guy (or Gal) deserves a pat on the back... and maybe a job at lego-land!? Back in the day, I made a pretty impressive Keaton-mobile outa the legos I had saved since childhood. Actually saved it that way for years. Wish I still did lol

[shadow=red,left,300]That is a work of art! What I wouldn't give to have that in one of my display cases.[/shadow]

Here's a gallery of MOC Batgirls . BTW, if you click on the "Up" it'll lead you to a whole gallery of other comic book MOCs.

Um, Bonven...can't you just...y'know make 'em? LOL. LOL thats what I'm sayin'! It reminds me of the Four Horsemen..they would always remark that they can't find Mr. Freeze (6" comic line)...I'm like err....just make a new one! lol You would think designers would get comps of everything! I'm absolutely in love with the 60s Batmobile and the Tumbler..they're just amazing. If LEGO could produce anything close to that, I'd be in heaven. Price would be no object at that point!

Wow! Such incredible pieces! I just can't wrap my brain around the thinking required to make that 1960s Batmobile. Amazing!

I have a funny feeling that we might get a UCS tumbler in 2008 to coincide with the new movie. The tumbler is my new fav batmobile because it is so realistic, and actually works! There are a bunch of tumbler MOCs on Brickshelf and most of them range from good to very good. And keep in mind guys, that LEGO Designers build sets the same way we do - just clicking the bricks together - which is why so many MOCs are just as good as the official sets (sometimes better ). Thats what makes LEGO bricks so much better than other toys - if you want a minfig scale 1960's batmobile - go make one! -Lenny

Just found this BTAS Batmobile on Brickshelf. Geez, I wish I had more time to play around with my own Lego bricks.

Here's another 60's Batmobile. This was done by Joe Meno, Editor/Publisher of BrickJournal. I hope that LEGO can do something like this - maybe even a retrospective of the different Batmobiles that we've seen over the years. Unfortunately, due to the licensing issues associated with the 60's 'mobile, I doubt that LEGO could do it. You can see more of Joe's work here! Very cool stuff Joe!
