......can new Batman Lego sets be far behind? Brickset has posted the names of five new Sponge Bob sets for 2007. The first Batman sets were released around the same time as the first Sponge Bob sets. Hopefully news of new Bat sets are just around the corner. *EDIT* This was posted on Brickset: "I have been fairly reliably informed that the 2007 sets we have listed are not real. They were found listed on Wikipedia, which, incidentally, also has a list of 2007 Avatar sets could also be fake. Don't get your hopes up just yet!" Guess only time will tell. |

This is awesome news. The first wave of SB sets were great. Let's just hope that these are as great, but I have no doubts. I also hear that there are two Avatar sets coming also!

Thanks Blocko! hehe, cool  It is cool that they'll make Mermaidman and Barnacleboy and also the Flying Dutchman ;D Hope that this sets are coming to Germany, beacsue the last one aren't available here... Hope we'll get some Batman sets too. With a video game coming, it would be better to have something new at the same time. I am hoping for more buildings based on the comics, villains hideouts would be cool and interesting. But also a new line based on The Batman would be nice, because then they can make a lot new figures! |

A reliable poster a t Eurobricks says that there are 4 new Batman sets planned for Summer '07. Time will tell...
