[shadow=red,left,300]A beautiful vintage piece. And still in the original box...that's just icing on the cake![/shadow]

I nearly bought one of those plus a figure once.A truly beautiful piece!I just realised if i started down that road i was going to open a can of worms that would have caused me all sorts of trouble.

As much as I like Captain Action and the variety of comic book heroes it gave us, the Batman costume never really did it for me. I think it was the horizontal stripes on the cape. IMO the first Mego Batman with removable mask has it beat hands down.

You aint kidding Blocko. I've been paying on this sucker for months! It's no doubt the best rendition of a Batman action figure ever. It's even harder to find due to the cross appeal it has between both Mego collectos and Batman fans alike. Sweet! www.megostore.com/ebay/batman1.jpg

I could stare at that pic for hours Robert. The mask and serious expression are great, perfect! And the card art is brings back all those great childhood memories.

The same neighbor had given me this along with the Aquaman & Superman costumes. I didn't like it becase the costume head was always too loose. Now I wish I still had them. PJ
