Anyone not looking forward to Brave and Bold? Okay, I'm sort of sick of childish Batman cartoons, personally, I would love an animated series like Gotham Knight, one that isnt generated for kids.

When I first heard about it I was kind of like eh, I don't know, but after seeing the trailer I am going to check it out. Sure it seems a bit kid friendly, but there is nothing wrong with that, and there might be a few characters that I could care less for like Plastic Man and the Current version of The Blue Beetle, but I am going to check it out, and hopefully really enjoy it.

Everyone involved at every end of this production have stated the show is very much in fact geared directly in every way towards children. Just how much or how little it can or will appeal to older fans is the question.

No clue... and of course its ultimate scheduling is still pretty fluid. The age range targeted has been described as under 12yoa as I recall.

[shadow=red,left,300]To me the only things that count is the story.
The animation in shows like The Spectacular Spider-man and Transformers Animated is kind of childish, but the stories are great and appeal to a older audiences alike.
After the disappointing Gotham Knight, I would be on the fence about an Adult animated Batman. [/shadow]

OMG! What is wrong wit you! How can you not be looking forward to this?! It's Batman for God's sake!!! Even if it is directed towards kids, it's still Batman and I'm still going to love it. I mean they have to create something for a younger audience that can't watch things like Batman: Gotham Knight, The Dark Knight, et cetera! Come on, we all as a kid loved one TV show or another, for us mosst likely it was B:TAS. Now the new generation has to have a new cartoon! We need new younger fans to keep Batman alive and old fans satisfied. Including me, even if it's geared towards kindergardeners, I am still going to love my Batman!!!!
