Okay, so I decided that I wanted a lifesize Ledger Joker alongside my Studio Oxmox Batman. Since no one was producing one, I made my own.
Starting with a sitting mannequin purchased from ebay:
After studying reference photos closely, I determined that I would need to not only sclupt the mouth scars, but also grind down the mannequin's sculpted hair, resculpting the forehead and the bridge of the nose.
Then the paint was applied using sea sponges to replicate the look of the makeup, with details painted in using artist's brushes. A liscensed Joker wig was attached using epoxy.
The costume consists of a "Cosplay" set purchased off ebay, with shoes and gloves from Amazon. All told about $285.00 and 8 hours of work.

Thanks, Guys! This the fourth lifesize figure I've made, and I definitely think it's the best so far. Back in '99 I made the Keaton Batman, and made the Nicholson Joker and Pfeiffer Catwoman in 2003. Check 'em out.

manstink: hey has their ever been a like origin story on martha wayne. I think it would be cool if she were like in some kind of cult, and she was like ritualistically murdered for trying to leave the cult. Anyways thats my opinion.
