When was the last issue of Detective Comics that did not feature a Batman Universe/Family story?

Detective Comics # 26 in 1939, though issues 1-26 featured Slam Bradley who is technically a member of Batman's world as he's a supporting character for Catwoman. 27 was the first appearance of Batman and he or related characters have been in every issue since. so technically there hasnt been an issue that hasnt featured a member of the Bat family.

So if we want to be real technical about it, the whole DAMN 880 issue run has something to do with The Dark Knight or Gotham, despite him not being created until # 27.

Can Supes say that about Action?
