What is your Dream Batman Comic?

Mine would be some long epic saga about some gothamite that sells himself as a hired gun that gets hired and helps each of the main villains like two-face, joker, penguin, riddler, Croc, etc. He gets to know each one personally and see's how they really are. Each time the villains plan is ended by the bat (or not) he moves on and helps another villain. He would also travel through black-gate and arkham showing how life in there really is. The story will also show how he evolves into a main crime boss and eventually faces the bat head to head. Kinda like Al Pachino turning into the godfather. Its narrated by the guy kind of like how they did it in "JOKER HC"

I don't know, I've been meaning to do this for a while but never could really get around too it. This is the first idea that popped into my head today and i think it would be a pretty cool story if it is done right.

What do you think would be a awesome Batman comic story line/plot??

Hard to say, The Bat has been around for 70 years and has done just about everything, so other than having him beat Grant Morrison into silly putty for his lame stories and giving him a ridiculous son, not much comes to mind.

as for dream bat stories. just Alan Grant returning to write another fantastic series or run on a current book. and of coarse a great Cornelius Stirk story in that series or run. that would be a great. or DC getting Ed Brubaker back and letting him write a core Batman title, or even bringing back Gotham Central.

To finaly have the return of the villain the Mole from Batman #340 and have him team up with Killer Croc.

^ i liked The Mole. he's another character that has been completely forgotten since World's Finest ended. i'm surprised that he hasnt been brought back in Superman/Batman, especially since he was such a recurring foe in World's Finest.
