BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD #6 Written by J. Torres; Art by Andy Suriano and Dan Davis; Cover by Scott Jeralds
Batman is up against a man with all the time in the world – General Immortus! And only one hero can back Batman up by summoning help from across the ages – Kid Eternity!
Johnny DC * 32 pages * Color * $2.50 US
On Sale June 24, 2009
Kid Eternity used to be a member of the Marvel Family, and with Captain Marvel in my first issue of the series (please see #5), I thought it only fitting to follow up with "The Kid" in this issue. Plus, it was a way to cheat a little and bring in a bunch of other heroes from throughout the DCU! Teen Titans Go fans take note, General Immortus is only the first Titans-related character I've included in my run...

I am more than likely going to get this.
Kid Eternity intrigues me. Vigilante and Shining Knight utterly excites me. And seeing the Viking Prince and General Immortus should be cool.
This issue makes me wonder if mattel can make figures of characters that appear in the comic as well as the tv show.
Plus, I miss the days of simple stories in comics. Were every issue didn't have to have some universe destroying, life altering moment. Were every issue didn't make things even more confangled and convoluted than they were in the last issue. Thats the one thing about these kids comics I'm glad DC has stuck to and stuck with them.

I have to be kinda honest though....
When I saw the blond guy in the helmet... I thought it was Thor.
So in my head I was like "Yeah Mrvel, DC just stuck it to you!!!!! STUCK IT TO YOU!!!!!"

You know...
You so should write an issue where Batman teams up with the DC version of Thor. It would fit the theme of the show, Batman teaming up with lesser known DC characters and random people. If Batman can teamup with Merlin and Sherlock Holmes, Thor isn't that far-fetched.
Also help to stick it to marvel. Always a plus. DrGreenEvil
