the Miller-verse takes place on Earth-31.
the Golden Age happened for certain characters, just not others. basically it occured for the JSA and related characters, but for other characters it took place on a seperate Earth. basically there have been 3 major turning points in DC history. Crisis On Infinite Earths changed alot of things. then came Zero Hour which changed even more. and then finally Infinite Crisis. those are the 3 events that have altered the history and continuity of the DCU.
as for knowing what i know. there are probaly around 1 million characters in the DC multiverse. i know alot about alot of characters. you'll really have to get alittle specific about which characters you'd like me to go into more depth on, as detailing the history of the multiverse and how it affected each and every character could take a whole lot of time.

Just what ever you know I want to know All the Golden Age stories are a part of Earth 2, only some are part of the New Earth with some differences. For example, Grant Morrison mentions some Golden Age stories in his Batman run including the isolation experiment and Zur-En-Arrh. And Miller's DKU is Earth 31 as said above.
