I was wondering if this is the right forum for the topics I wanted to start. And my topic is, what if these villains appeared in the original Batman 1966 TV series. I must the held a poll on Harley Quinn in the wrong forum. That's why didn't get many responses on that poll. The villains that I think should have appeared in the original Batman TV series should have been in the following. Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Two-Face, The Scarecrow, Clayface, and Rupert Thorne. I know that Paul Dini wasn't probably born in the 60s. Or maybe he might have been a very small child, a toddler you might say when the original Batman series came out. Now I would like to hold a few polls on which actors of the time do you think would be perfect for any of these roles.

This would be a great area for your poll.

On a related note, it was discovered there were 3 rough drafts for the 60's series that was going to include Two face. Seems that Dozier really wanted to use him, but for some reason it never saw fruition.
The titles were: Two face, About Face for Two face, and the Two Way Crimes of Two face. The latter being taken from the comics.
2 of these episodes were considered for the first season. The origin was that he would have a TV tube blow up in his face and Catwoman was going to have some part of it happening. They also wanted to have a couple episodes where there was Harvey Dent, but felt that because of Cheof O'Hara always being present it would be too much and draw from Batman and Robin themselves.

I had always heard that two-face designs were too graphic for the light hearted show. I don't think a harley would have worked but I think Ivy and Scarecrow would have been great. I don't think that Thorne would have worked either. The whole mobster idea in the 60's show just doesn't work

I shudder to think what they would've done to that character!
